The Space

Excellent place to stay, close to downtown, beach, marina and many restaurants, easy location. It totally met our expectations! We would definitely go back to the same place.

Had a great time staying here at Rick’s place located at Marina Sol! It’s super close to the marina, beach, mall, clubs, you can walk to them all. Plus you also have access to a great central garden/pool/restaurant area with a bar and game room which was fun to use. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Would stay here again, great condo complex. The pool is amazing! Love being able to walk to countless restaurants. The closest beach isn’t the best, but can easily walk our Uber to countless others. Grocery store less than a block away. Our kids would have been happy if we never left the pool. I like that you were in an interesting location, not isolated at some resort.

This is my second stay at this condo. The location is so close to the beach, restaurants, nightlife and walmart! The condo is very clean, no problems and the beds are so comfy! The condo has heated pool, swim up bar and convenience store in lobby! We had a great time!!!

The Marina Sol is great and this condo unit is fantastic! It’s on the 5th floor overlooking the pool area. The balcony faces East so you can enjoy your coffee in the nice morning sun, and also be able to relax in the late afternoon without the hot sun beating on you. We really enjoyed that. The 2-bedroom sleeping accommodations were perfect for my family. Having a full kitchen is always nice, even though we didn’t cook. We also enjoyed having the restaurant and full bar down by the pool. Mimosas at breakfast was a great way to start the day. The Marina Sol is so close to everything. The owner of this condo (Rick) was easy and effective to communicate with and made everything so easy for us to “check in”. Our family enjoyed Cabo all around, and this condo definitely contributed to the good experience! Thanks Rick, we’ll definitely be back!

Rick's place is in such an amazing location: 5 blocks from the beach, right next to some of the best tacos in the city, and right by all the action and nightlife. Amazing place, super clean and great pool. 10/10 recommend it was a wonderful, seamless, super comfortable stay.
