3BR House in Cabo San Lucas

Absolute perfection! Amenities, view, location, everything was literally perfect! We just spent a week with our family in paradise! We had everything we needed in the condo but we had plenty restaurants to choose from and an onsite grocery store made it the perfect place to stay. We were close to the marina for a few of our activities and the beach was perfect for swimming! The pool was beautiful and the staff was very attentive! We will definitely stay again with our family of five! Thank you for a perfect family vacation!

Our family of five traveled to Cabo and stayed in Brenda’s unit at Villa Del Arco, and we absolutely loved it. The unit was spacious and perfect for our family, with stunning views that exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub on the patio. The unit was even better than the photos, and the location couldn’t have been better—within walking distance to excellent restaurants and all the energy of Medano Beach. We can’t wait to return.

The views were amazing, the place was super clean and spacious and much more than we expected. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and had one the best vacations ever!

Absolutely stunning spot to take in the beautiful ocean view. The entire space was light-filled and airy. We loved the outdoor space - the hot tub and multiple seating areas were fantastic and allowed you to enjoy either sun or shade no matter the time of day. The beach and pools were easily accessible with an elevator just outside the condo. The resort itself was just our speed - various activities going on but a calm energy overall. We hope to be back again soon!

I’ve stated at nice air bnbs but this place takes the cake. The view, huge patio, large communal areas, and service from the hotel is top notch. I will definitely always stay here everytime I visit Cabo. 1000% worth it!

AMAZING property, location, beach, service! The views from the balcony were spectacular, gorgeous, clean, spacious home! The beach and pool were so pretty and we never had trouble getting chairs! We ate at all the restaurants and loved everything especially Neptune Seafood. The hosts were so responsive, any questions were answered within minutes! We are definitely going back and staying at this gorgeous penthouse! Thank you!

This condo far exceeded our expectations. It is spacious and beautiful! The view is breathtaking -we kept the drapes open constantly to see our view, day and night. Only used the hot tub once but it was amazing and had such a great vantage point to the Cabo rocks. The deck is enormous (it just keeps going from ocean front to pool view!) Enjoyed fun breakfasts outside in the deck and afternoon suntanning. The maids were wonderful too. We made sure to tip them well. And the most fun welcome surprise of all was a gorgeous bouquet of flowers, wine, fresh fruit and pastries arranged beautifully on the center island. This has been our best stay in Cabo ever and we come often! Thank you Brenda for your wonderful place and superb communication! I already want to return!!

Absolutely gorgeous penthouse with stunning views!! Pools and service were fantastic. Very clean. Stayed with our two teenagers and they appreciated the bedroom with two beds.
