Happy I chose this place for myself and 3 girlfriends. We had the 3 bedroom/2 bath and it was perfect. The place was very spacious including the bedrooms. The only thing I would change is add more lighting and perhaps mirrors in each bedroom. And the negative of the location was the outside noise. Street vendors etc. other than that, it was perfect!

We had a great stay with Tasman! The apartment was exactly as advertised and worked great for our group. The location was great and easy to walk to several spots. We also felt the building was safe and secure. Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment was very clean and aesthetic upon arrival. For six guests, there was plenty of space for us. Mirrors were only located in the hallway and bathrooms. Check-in was easy. I messaged them the morning of check-in to ask if we were able to check-in early or check-out late (no early check-in was available and they did not respond back regarding check-out rates), but the reception desk was very helpful and allowed us to check-in 1 hour early and let us leave our luggage in the lobby area after check-out. We were able to do laundry onsite and brought our own detergent (eco wash took about 1h and dryer took about 4h). The location was very loud late into the night and early morning, since there is a lot of activity outside. We were woken up as early as 6:30 am to cheering (there was a marathon happening Sunday morning), so a bit harder to sleep throughout the night. Otherwise, the location is ideal as it is right next to the metro and walkable to many incredible food spots.

Great location, and the people were very friendly. The building was also easy to access. Unfortunately, the Airbnb itself was pretty rundown and significantly less clean and well-maintained than the photos suggested. The floors were dirty, the furniture was stained and chipped, and there were stains throughout the apartment. It was also quite dark, and the fans were very loud. We lost use of the elevators and electricity for a day, as well as Wi-Fi for one of the days. Overall, the location was great, but the photos represented a much nicer and cleaner apartment than what we experienced.

The Airbnb was overall as described. However, the power went out halfway through our stay and it didn’t come back until check out. We lost power in all of the bedrooms and half the bathrooms. The lights, the ac, and fans stopped working in the bedrooms. Also the fridge, microwave, and WiFi stopped working due to the power outage. We were told the power would come back that evening but that became the rest of the stay. It was also very inconvenient that the elevators stopped working especially since we were on the 5th floor with a baby and a toddler.

The apartment was nice, clean and spacious. The building has a front desk person to help with check-in and any questions during our stay. The neighborhood has plenty of restaurants and a nice park nearby. The only drawback is the street noise. Two of the bedrooms overlook a busy street. The windows and exterior doors to those rooms are very thin. You could easily hear people yelling, street traffic and late night sirens. If you don't mind the noise, it's a nice place to stay and well located.

We had a great stay! The place looked exactly like the photos, wasclean, and was easy to access. The location was one of the best parts, right in the heart of Roma Norte. There are 24/7 convenience stores, taco vendors, bars, and restaurants just steps from the building. I would definitely recommend staying here.
