House Rules and Important Information
Casa #603 and Casa #604 are intended as a peaceful family getaway. Please help maintain the quiet, luxurious atmosphere. Guests seeking nightlife and parties may prefer the South Beach area.
- No smoking. A $300 fine applies to violations.
- The washer and dryer are for staff use only.
- Staff can complete laundry for $5 per load.
- Although extra-large water heaters have been installed, filling the balcony Jacuzzi will deplete the condo’s hot water.
- After the Jacuzzi is filled, approximately 45 minutes are required for additional hot water to become available.

From the moment we walked through the doors I was extremely happy. The view from the windows is so beautiful and allows so much natural light to shine through. The whole place was perfection. Much better than the pictures actually. The beds were comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful view. The kitchen had what you needed to make your meals, coffee, and even frozen pizzas for the kids night time cravings. Omg and the location! You literally get your own private beach. There's also a pool that is cleaned daily. Fred was a great host, providing all the info and instructions needed to get to this little peace of tranquility.

Just as shown in the photos, simply great for spending time with the family. It offers plenty of privacy and is in a very quiet and pleasant area. The beach is very clean and very easy to access. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condos. Fred was a very helpful host. The beach was private and beautiful, almost no rocks. The pool was clean and the staff helpful.

This is our second or third time at Fred’s place . This spot is top notch always clean , super equipped kitchen , soft beds , pillows , everything is just perfect to enjoy . Tessoros location at Playa concha’s is unmatched in privacy , infinity pool and the beach at a couple of steps from the jacuzzi is just perfect for a quiet family vacation. We will definitely be back .

Great views of the sunsets. Felt very safe. About 15 minutes from town and 10 minutes from a Walmart.

The stay was great Fred answered all of our questions very quickly and helped out with everything! The place was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful definetely recommend this place to anyone!
