Luxury Beachfront Penthouse with private pool

A pesar de los hechos recientes en la zona, el alojamiento estaba en óptimas condiciones, muy tranquilo y pudimos disfrutar de la alberca del residencial para nosotros solos, algunas zonas en mantenimiento pero nada que molestara, el lugar es un 8/10 si consideramos esto último, espero poder regresar cuando ya esté totalmente disponible y funcional ya que la estaría fue agradable para mi y mi familia

The apartment is very well located, in front of a very nice beach. The building is well appointed, with great pool, beach access and good service from the building staff. The entire building was empty when we were there so we had the pool and beachfront for ourselves, which was exceptional. Axel is kind and responsive as are the people who work in the property. While the property is spacious and comfortable, with generous social areas and spacious rooms, the property is really dated, with very visible wear and tear in the appliances (AC works poorly, Jacuzzi doesn’t warm up, showers and shower heads are poor, stove is old and doesn’t work well), as well as the furniture (dirty/stained sofa covers), old furniture… bathrooms are old and ugly. The place looks much nicer in the pictures than what it is in real life, which was a bummer. This place needs maintenance and/or an upgrade.
