The Space

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers a comfortable home away from home within walking distance of everything Tamarindo has to offer. It is ideal for a family of five or two couples seeking some privacy. The condo provides ample space to relax and enjoy a private retreat.

The unit includes air conditioning, cable TV, and internet. The fully equipped kitchen features:

• Full-sized refrigerator
• Cooktop and oven
• Dishwasher
• Coffee maker
• Microwave
• Toaster
• Blender
• Cookware, flatware, and dishes for six

Beach towels and bath towels are supplied for all registered guests, along with hand towels in the bathroom and kitchen towels in the kitchen. Guests will also find biodegradable 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and biodegradable soap in the kitchen. An iron and hairdryer are available for use.

Beach chairs, coolers, and sand toys are provided within the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Weekly cleaning is included for stays longer than seven nights, with additional cleanings available for a fee.

Please note that the condo may experience some noise.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire condo. Shared common areas include:

• Outdoor shower
• Pool
• BBQ area
• Courtyard

These shared spaces are located within the building’s walls but are open to the outdoors, as the building is designed around a courtyard with open-air hallways.

Location

The condo is conveniently located just a two-minute walk from the beach and four minutes from the town center, placing you close to all Tamarindo’s attractions.

Additional Information

• Self check-in is available.
• A hairdryer and iron can be requested at booking or during your stay.
• A pack and play is available for guests with young children.
• The condo is on the second floor, facing the street side, which may result in some noise from traffic and nearby music.
• Sound machines are provided, but guests sensitive to noise may want to consider other options.
• Tamarindo is undergoing significant development, so some construction noise during legal working hours may occur.

Wildlife and Pest Policy

The area is home to various native animals such as ants, spiders, moths, lizards, flies, and beetles. Occasional sightings inside or around the condo are normal, especially during the rainy season when these creatures seek shelter.

• Leaving unsealed food out may attract pests.
• The property is prepared with traps and sprays, but no refunds will be given for sightings.
• Guests are asked to respect the natural environment and accept these conditions.
• If pests become abundant, guests may use the Bygon spray provided or request assistance from the handyman.

Power Outages

Power outages can happen in Costa Rica. If an outage lasts longer than six hours, a 25% refund will be offered for the affected day. No refunds or discounts apply for outages shorter than six hours.

Pet Policy

The condo is pet-friendly, allowing up to two pets. Dogs are welcome in common areas but must be kept on a leash. All pets require approval before arrival. Please notify the host if you plan to bring a pet.

Parking

Onsite parking is available but limited to one vehicle.
