There are 3 bedrooms in the main house and 2nd master suite in the casita which is perfect for in-laws or older kids. Other things to note Please note that Playa Grande is going through a bit of a development boom, so we do pre-advise that there is construction in areas around us, thankfully, not right next door. Our house is insulated to keep noise at bay, and we have tested the outdoor spaces to ensure peaceful surroundings. We do not have building immediately next door thankfully. We have already reduced our prices in order to ensure compensation if there is noise, but it will not be all of the time.

Playa Grande is currently experiencing a development boom, which means there is some construction activity in the surrounding areas. Fortunately, there is no construction immediately adjacent to the property. The house is well insulated to minimize noise, and outdoor spaces have been tested to ensure a peaceful environment.

Prices have been adjusted to reflect any potential disturbances, though noise is not constant.
