All 12 guests pay the same rate, with no additional guest fee.

Bedroom Layout

• Master Suite: King-size bed, private terrace with direct ocean views, spacious dressing room, private full bathroom, and Smart TV.
• Suite 2: Queen-size bed, full en-suite bathroom, and closet.
• Bedroom 3: Two single beds, closet, and independent air conditioning.
• Bedroom 4: Double bed, suitable for children, teenagers, or additional guests.
• Three Full Bathrooms: Each bathroom features tempered-glass doors and marble finishes.

Living Areas and Kitchen

• Spacious Living Room: Floor-to-ceiling windows, 65-inch Smart TV, sound system, and direct access to the main terrace.
• Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with granite countertops, a side-by-side refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and complete dinnerware for large groups.
• Private Front Terrace: Outdoor lounge and dining area overlooking the ocean, ideal for enjoying Mazatlán sunsets with a glass of wine.
• Additional Terrace: Offers city views.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the apartment and the amenities at the Península resort:

• Private Elevator Access: Direct access from the elevator to the apartment using a key or security code.
• Two Oceanfront Infinity Pools: Includes a splash pad and lounge-chair area.
• Direct Beach Access: Immediate private access to the sand.
• Spa and Wellness Area: Sauna, steam room, and massage areas.
• Equipped Gym: Ocean views with complete cardio and weight-training equipment.
• 24-Hour Security: Security booth and closed-circuit television.

Use of the gym, cinema, and games area—with billiards, dominoes, and chess—requires advance notice to the administration:

• Monday through Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

House Rules and Important Information

• Maximum occupancy is 12 guests, including children.
• Only registered guests are permitted. Additional visitors not authorized by complex management are not allowed.
• Indoor areas are completely smoke-free.
• Parties and events are not permitted in the apartment or common areas.
• Loud parties and loud music are not allowed in common areas outside permitted hours.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to respect the residential community.
• Any fine imposed by Península condominium management for violations committed by the guest group will be transferred in full and charged through the platform.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in: After 3:00 p.m., Mazatlán local time.
• Check-out: No later than 11:00 a.m., Mazatlán local time.

Please respect these times to allow thorough preparation of a residence of this size.

Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted in the building or individual units due to the internal regulations and strict condominium policies of the Península administration.

Electricity Policy

Electricity service at the condominium is prepaid and paid by the guest.

During the hot season, estimated average usage for an apartment of this size is approximately $500 to $600 MXN per day. The final amount depends entirely on how responsibly the air conditioning is used during the stay.

As an exclusive reservation benefit, we provide a complimentary credit of $750 MXN per day.

Payment Options for the Remaining Balance

• At the Administration Office: Pay upon arrival at the condominium offices by credit or debit card.
• Through the Host: Make a bank transfer to us, and we will immediately pay the amount into the system and provide the official transaction receipt.

Please help conserve energy by turning off the air conditioning whenever you leave the apartment to enjoy Mazatlán.

Cleaning and Linen Policy

The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers:

• Sanitization and preparation of the apartment before arrival.
• Deep cleaning after departure.

Additional cleaning, laundry, or linen-change services—including sheets and towels—can be scheduled during the stay for an extra charge, subject to availability.

Parking Policy

The development offers covered parking, and the apartment includes one assigned parking space at no additional cost.

If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, the following options are available:

1. Free option: Park on the median directly in front of the security booth, outside the property before entering.
2. Additional covered space: Request an extra space inside the complex’s covered parking area, subject to availability, for $300 MXN per day.
