The space The house has 9 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. It is suitable for 36 people (there are 33 beds). The property has Wi-Fi (Internet). The pools have a fence to protect children. The rooms have fans in each room. The beds have sheets and pillows. The kitchen has pots and pans. It also has plates and cutlery for 40 people. It also has a microwave oven, small electric oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, refrigerator, and gas stove. The property is equipped with a barbecue, grill, sinks, hammocks, ping pong table, pool table, tables and chairs. The property is equipped with a freezer, 2 TVs, and a refrigerator for a water jug. The dining room and kiosk are equipped with fans. The property has a closed patio where guests can have their pets, if they wish. The pool area has a table with an umbrella and sun loungers. The property has a micro-soccer field.

YOU MUST BRING: towels for the body, hands and for the pool, cleaning utensils for the kitchen, sound equipment, kitchen dryers, garbage bags, and charcoal for barbecues. Many of these items can be purchased in the village of Sopetrán. They may be purchased at La Fonda farm.

Guest access Guests will have access to the house and its surroundings. There are several blocks of land, including a stream and century-old trees, where you can take pleasant eco-friendly walks. 30 meters from the house, on a plain, next to a stream, there is a special place to meditate or converse. It has 3 benches and a table to facilitate meetings. You can go fishing in the vicinity of the property.

Other things to note History of “La Fonda”: Since its inception more than a century ago, La Fonda has been a place for raising and trading cattle and horses. La Fonda's strategic location on the old road used by the first settlers entering the country from the Gulf of Urabá to the city of Medellín made this building an important place for the exchange of gold for cattle blood and other elements needed to build the main church of Sopetrán, today the minor basilica of Our Lady of the Assumption. Later, La Fonda was a hacienda cattle were replaced by the cultivation of fruits typical of the region such as mangoes, papayas, tamarinds, hog plums, and carob trees. La Fonda was the first school in the area. Today, La Fonda, impeccably restored, welcomes visitors who wish to enjoy the benefits of western Antioquia, combining days of sun and pool, with ecological walks where you can enjoy the shade of centenary trees and unforgettable landscapes.
