The Space

Casa Marina Vista is a modern condo located in The Paraiso Residences, a luxury condominium complex adjacent to Puerto Paraiso Mall. Positioned in the heart of the Cabo San Lucas Marina, the area is known for hosting ultra-luxury yachts and the renowned annual sport fishing competition, Bisbee's. The location also offers a variety of dining options ranging from early breakfast spots to fine dining, as well as top nightlife venues.

The condo features contemporary décor with well-lit interiors. The fully equipped kitchen includes:

Guests have full access to the condo as well as The Paraiso Residences’ terraces overlooking the marina and the gym tower with panoramic marina views.

Additional Information

• Renovations are scheduled at Puerto Paraíso on the second level through December 2025. Construction activities including removal, demolition, and masonry will occur between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Some cleaning and debris removal may take place at night, with efforts to minimize noise.
• Pets are not permitted on the property. If traveling with a pet or service dog, please inform us in advance so we can assist with alternative accommodations. Pets arriving without prior notice will not be allowed.
• Due to the downtown location near Cabo’s nightlife, noise from music may be noticeable, especially in the bedroom facing the marina and downtown. A white noise machine is available for guest use.
• If you plan to rent a car, please notify us ahead of time so we can inform security.
• Please remember to return condo keys upon departure. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $20 USD.
• External vendors are not allowed inside the property to maintain security and comfort. Our concierge can recommend trusted service providers.
• This property is currently for sale. If interested, please contact us for more information. During your stay, we may request permission to allow potential buyers access; you may decline. If sold before your visit, an equivalent unit with similar amenities and value will be offered.
• Monthly reservations are accepted. A refundable security deposit of $300 USD per month may apply; please confirm before booking.
• As the property is within a residential community, guests must provide identification and sign community rules to gain access. Contact us for details on community guidelines.
• Please note the washing machine is temporarily out of service pending a replacement part. Laundry service options can be provided upon request.
