Located just two hours from the city and 12 minutes from downtown Malinalco, Finca Adobe offers a peaceful setting for disconnecting and reconnecting with the essentials.
The single-level home accommodates up to eight guests and provides easy mobility throughout the property. It sits on a very large plot surrounded by a vineyard and avocado trees, which provide shade and help maintain a cool climate throughout the day.
Common areas feature comfortable furniture where guests can relax for hours while enjoying the tranquility of the house and the shade of the avocado trees.
Bedrooms
The house has four bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: King-size bed, full-length mirror, closet, outdoor living room, and full bathroom.
- Bedroom 2: King-size bed, full-length mirror, and full bathroom.
- Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed, full-length mirror, and full bathroom.
- Bedroom 4: Two single beds, full-length mirror, and full bathroom.
Kitchen and Dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals while spending time with family or friends.
The outdoor dining area seats eight guests and overlooks the front of the house and the pool. Its location allows everyone to enjoy meals together while remaining connected to the different areas of the property.
The living room adds a modern touch and provides a comfortable setting for long conversations.
Pool and Outdoor Areas
The pool area includes outdoor furniture, allowing guests to socialize both in and around the pool. A half bathroom is also available.
The campfire area is ideal for gathering with family and friends while sharing stories and experiences. One load of firewood is included.
The property also offers a very large parking area.

Additional Information
- Heating the pool costs an additional $1,000 per day. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use it.
- An inflatable mattress is available for one or two additional guests at a cost of 400 pesos per person, per night.

We stayed 4 nights in the house and everything was perfect. Marco is very attentive and we loved his house, the truth is it's prettier than the pictures. We'll be back as soon as we can. Highly recommended for resting a few days in nature.

I really liked the experience of staying in this house because it makes you disconnect from the city, the environment is unbeatable, full of nature and a very well-designed house with large spaces ideal for families or friends who want to go to Malinalco. Everything was in order, the only thing I think could be improved is that in winter, the dining room, being open-air, can get a little cold at night when you're having dinner, so it would be nice to have some blankets or something or some glass screens so that you can decide if you want everything open and closed depending on your taste. And likewise for access, keep in mind that it is a dirt road, but if you go slowly you can pass without problems, it is about an 8-minute drive. Alons and Marco were always available. Everything was amazing. I'll definitely be back….

The house is beautiful and is very nicely decorated and equipped. The pool can be heated and enjoyed to the fullest even in winter. Alonso is a very nice person and is always attentive to your needs. I think the only complicated thing is the access, not in our case because we had an off-road vehicle, but for cars it can be complicated. Really a very nice place if you're looking to disconnect and not be going out to town all the time. We'll be back!

The house is amazing, everything is tidy and clean with a beautiful design. A very nice sized pool, it's worth paying for the boiler so you can enjoy it. The fire pit and open living room are a must to enjoy long, rich conversations. Marco is an excellent host, very flexible and kind.

AMAZING HOUSE!! Approximately 1 km of unpaved road not in very good condition, but it's VERY MUCH WORTH IT... I could almost say that it's the best house I've ever stayed in... The photos don't fully reflect how amazing the house is and the exquisite taste with which it is furnished and decorated... 1000% recommended... We missed some corners to enjoy, I'm sure I'll return and recommend it to family and friends... I find it hard to leave reviews, but I fell in love with this house and it would seem unfair not to leave my comments... THANK YOU

The house is 100% equipped, the decor is very nice. All the check-in instructions were clear. There's a piece of dirt road, but he warned us in advance. Alonso, who welcomed us, was always attentive to what we needed. We'll definitely be back. Thank you
