Casa de Sueños is situated on a beautiful golf-front half-acre lot within the private gated community of Hacienda Pinilla in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The property provides access to the Hacienda Pinilla private beach club and Avellanas Beach on one side, with Langosta Beach located on the other. Downtown Tamarindo is just a 15-minute drive away.
The home offers nearly 6,000 square feet of spacious living area, complemented by a large yard, swimming pool, and an outdoor entertaining space. Guests can enjoy activities such as surfing, golfing, fishing, or relaxing at the spa.

Guest Access and Policies

Important Notes
Casa de Sueños is located in a private, gated community primarily inhabited by full-time residents and families. A very strict noise policy is enforced between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Outdoor noise during these hours is not permitted.
This property is not suitable for parties or large events. It is ideal for groups of adults and families who respect the community rules and neighbors. Guests planning to host large gatherings, parties, or cause excessive noise should consider booking a different property. Violations of the noise policy will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

We stayed here with three families with kids. Hacienda Pinilla itself felt safe, accessible, friendly, and easy to use as a home base for beach exploration. The house was incredibly beautiful and well set-up for a large group. Lovely home base to return to after a day of adventure.

The house is spectacular. The spacious, clean rooms, and the furniture in perfect condition. Comfortable and large closets. Spotless bathrooms. Sufficient for the size of the house. The over-equipped kitchen, there was everything of good quality. The divine pool. Large and clean. Overall the house is comfortable, for large groups ideal. They also have a girl who arrives every day to do cleaning. Liz is spectacular. Diligente, hardworking and discreet. Very nice people. I would definitely come back. I think it was all worth it.

This was a beautiful bnb photos do not do it justice . Looks way better in person. Minus the bugs I have nothing to complain about. The host was very communicative . Even suggested things and places for us to try out . If I ever visit Costa Rica again would love to stay here.

Pictures don't convey how palatial the place is. The architecture is magnificent. Comfy beds. The room with 3 beds is huge. Tons of space around each bed. Very pretty decor Bring what you need for food supplies as there isn't much in the house- which is normal I guess.

Everything was perfect, we really enjoyed communication, communication was very easy, the house is beautiful and very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. Only one of the rooms has the air conditioners in the closeth, which make noise difficult, made it a little difficult to rest for who that room was there, but I would definitely come back!

Casa de Suenos proved to be an ideal winter escape, boasting spacious and comfortable living spaces, along with great furnishings that added to its overall appeal. The house have generous room sizes, which allowed for ample privacy for each family member, while still providing plenty of common areas for socializing and bonding. We took full advantage of all the amenities the house had to offer and enjoyed breathtaking sunset views at the Pinilla Beach Club. Throughout our stay, the property managers were welcoming and attentive, checking in with us frequently to ensure our needs were met. Overall, it was a great experience.
