The property provides access to the Hacienda Pinilla private beach club and Avellanas Beach on one side, with Langosta Beach located on the other. Downtown Tamarindo is just a 15-minute drive away.

The home offers nearly 6,000 square feet of spacious living area, complemented by a large yard, swimming pool, and an outdoor entertaining space. Guests can enjoy activities such as surfing, golfing, fishing, or relaxing at the spa.

Guest Access and Policies

Rates cover up to 10 guests. For groups exceeding 10 people, an additional fee applies per extra guest, up to the maximum occupancy. Please include the total number of guests in your booking request to receive an accurate quote.

Important Notes

Casa de Sueños is located in a private, gated community primarily inhabited by full-time residents and families. A very strict noise policy is enforced between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Outdoor noise during these hours is not permitted.

This property is not suitable for parties or large events. It is ideal for groups of adults and families who respect the community rules and neighbors. Guests planning to host large gatherings, parties, or cause excessive noise should consider booking a different property. Violations of the noise policy will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
