The Community

Montecristo is an exclusive gated community in Los Cabos, perched on a dramatic mountainside with sweeping ocean views over Quivira’s Jack Nicklaus Signature course. Impeccably landscaped and carefully maintained, the community offers privacy, an elegant clubhouse, and a peaceful Pacific setting at the tip of the Baja Peninsula.

The Space

Montecristo Villas are designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Each villa features:

• A private infinity pool
• Indoor and outdoor jacuzzis
• Spacious terraces
• A central family room
• Reading areas
• Walk-in closets

Please note that listings are not tied to a specific villa. All villas share the same layout, amenities, private pool, and private jacuzzi. Views and locations may vary slightly, and a specific villa, view, or location cannot be guaranteed. Villas are managed in both Phase I and Phase II.

Guest Count and Additional Fees

Pricing is based on the number of guests. Please reserve the villa using the correct guest count.

• Guests added after the original booking incur an additional fee of $50 USD per person, per night.
• Additional guests added during or after check-in are charged $100 USD per person, per night.
• All guests must be registered, and all applicable fees must be paid.
• If you are unsure of your final group size, you may add guests before arrival at the standard rate. Please update your reservation at least a couple of days before check-in.

Housekeeping and Pantry Items

Housekeeping is not included but may be added for $100 USD per day.

Pantry items are not provided, including:

• Salt and pepper
• Condiments
• Cooking oils
• Aluminum foil
• Plastic wrap
• Coffee
• Sugar

Please review the house rules carefully. The Montecristo community maintains strict regulations to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Resort Access

Guests also enjoy access to Pueblo Bonito Resorts, which maintain excellent service standards and amenities.

Environmental Sanitation Tax

The Government of Los Cabos has implemented an Environmental Sanitation Tax to support local environmental and community infrastructure. Reservations made from September 8, 2022, onward are subject to this tax.

The cost is $85 MXN per room, per night, approximately $5 USD. This fee is charged at check-out in addition to the rental total.

Guest Discounts

The following discounts apply during your stay:

• 10% discount on food and beverages at Pueblo Bonito restaurants and bars
• 20% discount on spa treatments at Pueblo Bonito spas
• 25% discount on rounds of golf at the exclusive Quivira Golf Course

Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, certificates, or coupons.

Important Information

Outside Services

Outside services are not permitted in the Quivira Los Cabos community. This includes private chefs, catering services, grocery shopping services, maid services, and similar services. Only services provided by Pueblo Bonito Resorts are permitted.

Villa Assignment

The villa assignment is confirmed only at check-in and cannot be confirmed or guaranteed beforehand. As a multi-unit vacation rental property, villas are assigned according to reservation departures and arrivals.

Early Check-In

Upon arrival, you are welcome to go directly to the clubhouse reception desk. We cannot confirm in advance whether a villa will be ready for early check-in, regardless of the circumstances.

The villa is guaranteed to be ready at 4:00 p.m. If it becomes available earlier on the day of check-in, we will be happy to provide access. While waiting, guests may use the clubhouse facilities. Our team can also store luggage and groceries until the villa is ready.

Vacation Rental Experience

This is a vacation rental experience, which differs from a timeshare or a hotel rental booked directly through the resorts.

Several amenities included with resort bookings are not included with vacation rentals. The amenities provided with this vacation rental are consistent with those commonly offered in the vacation rental industry and with Airbnb’s recommendations for essential amenities.
