The Space

Inside, purified drinking water is supplied, helping you save money and avoid hassle. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary supplies. The condo comfortably accommodates a maximum of four adults or two adults and three children.
Layout and Sleeping Arrangements
The condo features one queen bed on the lower level and three full-sized beds in the loft. Due to the loft's ceiling curvature, it is best suited for children to use the additional beds. The maximum occupancy is four adults.
The total living area is approximately 700 square feet, including a spacious private front balcony with ocean views and a shared back porch overlooking green space.
Amenities and Security
Residents have access to a refreshing pool, a shaded ranchero, and shared washer/dryer facilities, all maintained by the 16-unit community. The complex is staffed during the day and secured at night, ensuring cleanliness, proper functioning, and safety.
The condo complex offers 24-hour security, which is uncommon in Samara. While Samara is generally a safe town, this added security provides extra peace of mind.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour! Robin répond très rapidement et un intendant sur place est également disponible pour toute question ou besoins. Le condo est très bien équipé, sécuritaire et l’Internet fonctionne parfaitement. La vue est magnifique : nous avons vu des singes, des iguanes et des chevaux depuis le balcon, tout en profitant du chant des oiseaux. La piscine est superbe et il est pratique d’avoir une buanderie sur place. L’emplacement est idéal : environ 5 minutes à pied de la plage et 10 minutes du centre de Sámara. Une petite plage plus tranquille est aussi accessible à pied ou à vélo. Mes deux garçons ont adoré l’endroit et auraient volontiers prolongé leur séjour et de la piscine! Nous recommandons ce condo sans hésitation!

Our stay at las palmerias upper end unit was a little slice of paradise in the north end of Samara. Great spot for the view and fresh upstairs breezes! We loved the walking distance to the less touristy part of the north end of the beach. More Quiet than some places in town and comfortable. Thankful for the opportunity to spend a month here! Pura vida!

Friendly neighbors in the condo facility and a refreshing swimming pool. Easy walking distance for groceries, restaurants and of course Samara beach. Car rental available in downtown Samara for exploring the greater area.

Super cute. I thought 1 km was a lot less but that is totally my fault. We LOVED the pool. The he guys working there were great! Fun stay! Robyn was super responsive to everything!

Grandioso lugar! La tranquilidad y la comodidad para nuestra familia (1 bebé y 2 niños de 6-8años) más tres adultos. Realmente fue genial. Desde el oficial con su amabilidad hasta la coordinadora y por supuesto los dueños. Realmente una gran elección.

Très beau et malheureusement trop court séjour. Le lieu de l'hébergement est très bien situé, au calme et proche de la mer et en même temps à quelques minutes à pieds du centre. Formalités à l'arrivée et au départ clairement communiquées. Tous les équipements nécessaires étaient disponibles y compris les serviettes pour la piscine, laquelle a été vraiment très appréciée et utilisée ! Je recommande vivement ce logement.

We stayed in the Condo for over a month and the place was a great location. The condo is well equipped for a young family and has everything you need. The host and manager are great at dealing with any issues and they actively try to solve any problems or request promptly. The A/C and fans was perfect for the climate and the family had no problems sleeping in the condo. The swimming pool is perfect for both younger and older children and they can be supervised comfortably from the Rancho. The laundry facilities work well and are big enough to accommodate a family wash when needed. A shop on the corner for most ingredients and cold drinks. The surrounding neighbours are so kind and engaging with us and the children and we often shared breakfast or drinks outside with them. The people here really do make the stay safe and more enjoyable. The wildlife in the immediate area is incredible from monkeys and iguanas to horses and coati’s all while having a coffee on the balcony. Thank you!
