The Space

Casa Gasio is located in one of Mérida’s quietest and most residential areas. A family remodeled the home in 2025 while preserving its essential qualities: warmth, nature, and a genuine feeling of home.

From the moment you arrive, the house offers a fresh, elegant, and peaceful atmosphere. Gardens flow naturally into the interior design, creating a harmonious connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.

The property spans more than 1,000 square meters and is designed for sharing special moments with family or friends. It features four spacious bedrooms, each with:

• Its own garden with peaceful green views

The living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace, and pool provide inviting spaces for relaxation and socializing. Carefully selected details create an experience that is both welcoming and functional.

Casa Gasio also includes sustainable systems and technology, including solar panels, a solar water heater, a water softener, an audio system, pool filtration, air conditioning, and mosquito screens throughout the property. These features help ensure a comfortable and environmentally responsible stay.

Important Information

Identification

When making a reservation, guests must provide the official identification of the person booking. This requirement helps protect the property and support the security of the service.

Parking

The property includes a covered garage with space for two cars.

Cleaning

Additional cleaning is available for MX$1,400. Please provide at least two days’ notice.

For stays of seven nights or longer, one weekly cleaning service is included.

Pets

A maximum of two pets is permitted. Pets must not be placed on the furniture to prevent damage and stains and to maintain the property’s presentation for future guests.

Stains on White Items

If white linens or other white items are stained with hair dye, nail polish, blood, or wine, the guest will be responsible for replacing the affected item.
