47 Lagoon is a custom-designed, modern A-frame jungle house featuring a natural exotic-rock pool and waterfall. The home combines contemporary amenities with an outdoor jungle setting, creating a calm, inspiring, and romantic atmosphere.

The natural stone pool, lush plant life, and waterfall blend into the surrounding jungle. The property is secluded and close to the beach, offering a unique setting for relaxation and swimming.

Guest Access

Guests have private use of the home and pool, along with access to fiber-optic internet and air-conditioned rooms.

Important Information

This property is located in a coastal tropical jungle. The following conditions are part of the setting and are not grounds for cancellation or a refund.

• A security camera records the entrance gate during your stay. A non-operational camera is also located on the porch and faces away from the house. These cameras are intended for safety and security. If you have an access, safety, or security concern, contact the 24-hour staff and allow sufficient time for assistance.
• Because of the jungle environment and proximity to the beach, humidity and salty air may cause occasional rust, corrosion, or mold staining on appliances and fixtures. This may be visible on items such as the refrigerator, fan, exhaust fan, or microwave.
• Some areas, including the kitchen and upstairs lounge, are screened in rather than fully enclosed to enhance the natural sounds and atmosphere of the jungle and waterfall.
• Heavy rain can occasionally cause inconveniences in the surrounding area that are beyond the property’s control. Contact the 24-hour staff if you need assistance with access or safety concerns.
• Bugs or reptiles may occasionally enter the property because of its jungle location. Keeping the doors closed generally helps prevent this.
• Construction may occur from time to time as the surrounding area continues to develop. If an issue arises, contact property management so they can work toward a reasonable solution.
• Humidity, dampness, or an occasional missed spot during cleaning may affect the interior. If something is not cleaned to your satisfaction, contact the 24-hour staff and allow sufficient time for the issue to be addressed.
• Guests are responsible for any furniture, towels, kitchen equipment, or other property that is broken, removed, or taken from the house. Charges may apply.
• Power outages occasionally occur throughout the coastal area, particularly during severe storms. They may last approximately two seconds, 20 minutes, or occasionally longer. Power generally returns on its own. If you need internet during an outage, nearby businesses in town may have Wi-Fi and electricity.
• Roads throughout the area are a combination of dirt and gravel. Vehicles can generally access the property, although potholes may occur.
• The property is close to the beach, but neighborhood access can sometimes be difficult. An alternative beach access point is located 1.5 kilometers away by Banana Azul.
