Clean, convenient location far away from the 5th Ave noise but close enough to access by foot. Having the beach right around the corner was a plus! David was helpful and quick to respond to messages. The photos of the apartment are fairly accurate except there are no longer any TVs in the bedrooms and the kitchen bar stools have been removed. Otherwise, everything else is the exact same as the photos. I would recommend this place.

Recently stayed at David’s place and it really exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious, and the rooftop pool and beach view were amazing. I loved that restaurants, shops and the beach were in walking distance, and if you dance salsa there is a fun Cuban restaurant about two minutes away. I will definitely be back! Thanks again David for answering my questions before and after our trip, and though we never met you in person, we knew you were always there.

David’s residence is in the middle of everything ! Restaurants , theme parks , beaches , everything . Would definitely recommend to others around me if you’re thinking of coming to Playa de Carmen . Will be back !

Was recommend by a friend as a place to stay. Condo was nice and had the amenities, just didn't have any cleaning products to clean after our stay. Plus, first time not having Netflix as a complimentary amenity for an Airbnb. Not a problem, but would of been nice!

This condo at Cruz con mar exceeded our expectations . The building and rooftop pools were pristine and the rooftop bartender Guillermo was very friendly and accommodating to anything we needed . Check in was very simple with the help of Marisol and front desk staff , had a minor issue needing a light bulb and safe key and David’s crew had it resolved in a timely fashion.The location of this condo could not of been better , close enough to the beach and 5 th ave but just far enough for peace and quiet.i would highly recommend this condo
