Casa Koati, 4 Bdrms w/Bths, Private Pool

¡Excelente experiencia en Casa Coati! Desde nuestra llegada nos hicieron sentir súper bienvenidos. Honestamente, ha sido la mejor bienvenida que hemos tenido desde que usamos Airbnb. Fueron muy amables, atentos y cordiales, y se tomaron todo el tiempo necesario para explicarnos con muchísimo detalle la casa, cómo funcionaba todo y también darnos información y recomendaciones sobre los alrededores. Ese tipo de atención realmente hace la diferencia, especialmente cuando llegas a un lugar nuevo. Nos sentimos muy cómodos desde el primer momento y disfrutamos muchísimo nuestra estancia. Definitivamente recomendamos Casa Coati y volveríamos con mucho gusto en nuestra próxima visita a Playa del Carmen. ¡Muchas gracias por recibirnos tan bien!

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à la Casa Koati du 10 au 24 juillet 2026. La maison est idéalement située à deux pas de la cinquième avenue dans un endroit sécurisé et proches de toutes commodités. Nous avons réservé à de nombreuses reprises des villas par Airbnb et Patty et Mario sont de loin les meilleurs hôtes que nous avons eu. Ils nous ont donné de nombreux conseils et ont toujours été très réactifs à chacune de nos questions. La maison est très bien équipée et la partie extérieure très sympa avec une belle piscine et une végétation luxuriante. Nous revenons rarement aux mêmes endroits mais reviendrons certainement à la casa Koati. Encore un grand merci et à très bientôt !

Nos quedamos una semana y sinceramente fue una experiencia excepcional. El alojamiento es exactamente como se muestra en las fotos: impecable, cómodo, muy bien equipado y con cada detalle pensado para que te sientas como en casa. Todo lo que puedas pensar que puedes ocupar “aquí lo encuentras” Pero lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fueron Patty y Mario. Son anfitriones extraordinarios: cálidos, atentos, siempre disponibles y genuinamente interesados en que tu estancia sea perfecta. Desde nuestra llegada nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos y estuvieron pendientes de cualquier detalle o recomendación que pudiéramos necesitar. Después de una semana aquí, nos fuimos con la sensación de haber encontrado un lugar al que definitivamente queremos regresar. Gracias, Patty y Mario, por su hospitalidad y por hacer de nuestras vacaciones una experiencia tan especial e inolvidable. ¡Los recomendamos al 100%! 🌟🏡❤️

Casa Koati was amazing! You can not beat the value! The hosts were very communicative and extremely accommodating for a last minute request to add one person to the reservation. They welcomed us with a nice gift and sent us recommendations for every question/request we had. The location is unbeatable. We traveled with two teen/pre-teen girls and within a 6 minute walk, we could reach shopping/starbucks/krispy kreme. The girls were pleased. The ferry to Cozumel is just a short walk away. So many good restaurants within walking distance or a short car ride away. The wildlife in the backyard is awesome. The neighborhood is safe and peaceful and the neighbors were so friendly. The home has everything you need - we wanted for nothing. So many thoughtful touches throughout the home. You won’t regret booking this home!

We loved our stay at Casa Koati. The house feels like a home with everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. We love to cook and this was the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in any Airbnb. Patty and Mario are super warm and welcoming and always respond quickly to any needs. We couldn’t recommend the place more. Big bonus is all the wildlife in your backyard.

Patty and Mario were so great during our stay. They added special touches upon our arrival to make us feel extra welcome. They were wonderful at communicating and very helpful with recommendations. The Casa was perfect for our family and we felt like it was home away from home. The wild life in the back yard was so entertaining to watch. The location was perfect and the security gate made us feel extra safe. The entire Playa Car fase 1 neighborhood was GORGEOUS. We hope to visit again in the future. Thank you so Much Patty and Mario. For future guests - if you love Ceviche, you must go to this hidden gem. Once you expect the security gate, turn right towards Playa Car Palace, the turn left and walk back into a little court yard where you will find a seafood stand that makes the best ceviche we have ever had. Very generous portion

Patty et Mario sont des hôtes merveilleux, pleins de petites attentions, avec plein de suggestions pour resto, super marchés. La cuisine était tellement bien équipée ( parce que nous avons pris nos déjeuners et quelques soupers à la villa. L’endroit est bien surveillé ce que nous avons apprécié.L’environnement est tellement beau, agréable, exotique. Nous avons apprécié beaucoup la piscine. Un séjour super!on nous avait mis au frigo quelques trucs de dépannage pour un 1 et déjeuner, . Bravo pour votre efficacité 👍

We had a great time at Casa Koati. Patty and Mario were wonderful hosts giving us great recommendations as far as restaurants. The house was perfect! We had everything we needed and then some. We loved going to the beach well equipped with umbrellas, beach chairs and a cart to haul everything! We would definitely come back and recommend anyone thinking about staying here, just go for it. Additionally the location is wonderful! We walked everywhere. We felt cared for and appreciated during the entire experience. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us Patty and Mario 💕

We had such a wonderful stay and can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb! From the very beginning, the owners were incredibly helpful and responsive to all of our questions, which made planning our trip so easy and stress-free. It was great to meet Mario at check-in—he was welcoming, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The hosts were truly accommodating throughout our stay and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Our children absolutely loved the place! Having a TV in every room was a big hit, and the video games, board games, sand toys, and pool toys kept them entertained the entire time. It really felt like a home designed with families in mind. The location couldn’t have been better—less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, with beautiful nearby ruins to explore. Everything we needed was close by, which made getting around easy and convenient. Overall, this is a beautiful spot in an excellent location. We hope to stay here again!
