Excellent experience at Casa Coati! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel super welcome. Honestly, it has been the best welcome we have had since using Airbnb. They were very kind, thoughtful, and friendly, and they took all the time necessary to explain the house to us in great detail, how everything worked, and also to give us information and recommendations about the surrounding area. That kind of service really makes a difference, especially when you arrive at a new place. We felt very comfortable from the moment and we really enjoyed our stay. We definitely recommend Casa Coati and would gladly return on our next visit to Playa del Carmen. Thank you so much for hosting us so well!

We had a great holiday at Casa Koati from July 10-24, 2026. The house is ideally located a short walk from Fifth Avenue in a safe area and close to all amenities. We have booked villas through Airbnb many times, and Patty and Mario are by far the best hosts we have had. They gave us lots of advice and were always very responsive to each of our questions. The house is very well-equipped and the outdoor area is very nice with a beautiful pool and lush vegetation. We rarely return to the same places, but we will definitely return to Casa Koati.
