Colonial House

Karol is an excellent host and we love the house and this is our third time staying there. The location near the arch and La Merced church is wonderful.

I love the house and getting away in it. My family and I had a great time and felt right at home. As always, Karol was super attentive. I hope to stay there again!!! 😊

The house is impressive, very nicely decorated and 100% equipped. The location of the house is wonderful, the only thing is that you can hear a lot of noise from the street, but it is understandable since it is so close to a church like La Merced. 100% recommended and I would love to rent it again.

Absolutely perfect spot for any large group to experience Antigua. (Close to iconic locations like Iglesia de la Merced, Arco de Santa Catalina, Parque de Central) The host was AMAZING - super communicative, sweet and helpful. The property blew me away. The landscaping, decorations, kitchen, and terrace... just wow. Very much recommend supporting this beautiful house, its owner, and the workers who make it shine! If I return with another group, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Excellent stay. Beautiful home in a perfect location. La Merced illuminated the night sky right over the wall in the garden. Excellent kitchen with all that we needed for our large family. Loved the place and Antigua. We look forward to returning.
