Overview
Casa La Minchita is surrounded by nature at 700 meters above sea level, just 3 kilometers from Anapoima. Located in one of the world’s best microclimates, it is an ideal place to work, exercise, or simply enjoy the beautiful vegetation and fruit trees surrounding the property.
More than a country house, this is a peaceful, comfortable, and cool retreat for groups of 1 to 20 guests. Children aged 2 and older are welcome.
The Space
The entire estate is reserved exclusively for you and your group, and all areas are private.
The first floor has four bedrooms accommodating up to 16 guests. Each room includes:
- Two double beds
- A private bathroom
- A fan
For groups of up to 20 guests, three smaller secondary bedrooms are available on the second floor. These rooms include fans and share one full bathroom. Together, they provide:
- One double bed
- Four single beds
An additional fee of 80,000 per night applies for guests beyond the first 16.
All beds are prepared with a complete set of linens and a blanket. Each guest receives:
- One bath towel
- One pool towel
Please note that accessing the pool area requires descending two sections of four steps each.
Guest Access
Guests have access to:
- A large social room
- A study area with a desk
- A television room
- A spacious, fully equipped open kitchen
- A dining room with seating for 12
- A poolside bar
- A barbecue and barbecue tools
- An outdoor social area with three hammocks
- Six wooden tables with 16 chairs
- A teppanyaki area with a semicircular counter and seating for 10
- A walking trail through the fruit trees
Booking Requirements
- During bridge weekends, a minimum stay of two nights is required.
- During high season, including Easter, school break week, and December, a minimum stay of four nights is required.
Towels and Linens
We provide clean, well-maintained white bed linens and bathroom towels, along with dark-colored pool towels. Please do not use these items to clean shoes, suitcases, or the kitchen.
If items are damaged or stained and require replacement or cleaning beyond normal laundering, the following charges apply:
- USD 5 for a small towel
- USD 10 for a large towel or stained bedding

The stay at La Minchita property was excellent. The facilities were in good condition; the pool and common areas were always ready to be enjoyed. What truly made the experience outstanding was the care, culinary delights, and logistical details that Carlos and Carmen provided for us. Always attentive and with a positive attitude. Thank you! We only have a couple of suggestions for improvement: some of the mattresses were very hard, and some of the bedrooms lacked blackout curtains. We hope to come back soon to continue enjoying this beautiful place!

Our stay at the property was excellent. The place is very nice, quiet and surrounded by nature, perfect for resting and disconnecting. The facilities were very clean and well maintained, as shown in the photos. Communication with the host was always quick and friendly, he was waiting for our arrival and that everything was in order during the stay. The property is comfortable, safe and has everything you need to spend a few pleasant days with family or friends. It's definitely a place we recommend and would love to return to.

We spent a spectacular weekend. Carmen and Carlos were excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful. We loved the house. It has everything. It's prettier than the photos, perfect for large groups. We found everything impeccable. The pool is very safe for children, they enjoyed it until the last minute. We'll definitely be back

The place is just as shown, it is very spacious, very nice and perfect for large groups. Carlos and Carmen gave us great service and made our stay a thousand times better :) The rooms on the second floor are very different from those on the first, smaller and without a fan (they were damaged), we would have liked to know that before. Other than this, the stay was perfect

The property is nice, we missed the ping pong table, but we liked the facilities, the owner of the house helped us with everything we needed, a very diligent person. On the other hand, the housekeepers were a bit rude or perhaps prejudiced. Although we asked them for a change of attitude, they ignored us, which made the 2 days somewhat uncomfortable, but the owner of the house solved our requests.
