The house is well located with easy access to Managua’s principal sites and easy to leave the city. The house is very clean with all the listed amenities. Victor was very friendly, helpful and responsive. We recommend this place to other visitors wanting a safe, quiet and clean house in Managua.

Jose Victor was an outstanding host. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. He was responsive, thoughtful, and made the entire stay easy and stress-free. The attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great experience.

It was hard to understand him. The refrigerator wasn’t working properly and he wanted me to stay in the properties so he could send somebody to fix it. I think if you are offering this property to a public, it should be ready for whoever booked it we don’t have time to stay home and wait for people to come and fix something other than that. The properties OK except that he lives behind and he comes and goes to check on us.

I had a very good experience during my stay. The house is very clean and has everything you need. There is a 24-hour supermarket nearby. José was always very friendly, attentive, and willing to help at all times. Every time something came up, he resolved it quickly and with great willingness. You can tell that he really cares about the well-being of his guests and that he does everything possible to make their stay comfortable and pleasant. Overall, I can only agree with the other positive reviews: it was a five-star experience, and I would definitely recommend this place.

The truth is that the house is perfect for privacy, very clean, and had everything that is shown in the ad. What I liked the most is that he personally receives you and explains the house to you, and above all that if you need something he is very attentive and arrives very quickly to see what you need. I definitely would not think twice about going on vacation there again, because yes, I felt at home 🤩
