From the balcony, you can watch surfers riding the waves or spot monkeys playing in the trees directly in front of the house. The new villa is designed to provide both security and deep relaxation. Natural concrete and warm wood combine to create a modern space that remains closely connected to nature.

Surrounded by lush greenery, the villa offers frequent views of local wildlife, including birds, butterflies, monkeys, iguanas, and more.

The villa features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. A passion for art and surfing is reflected throughout the home, with every piece of furniture custom-designed and handcrafted by local artisans.

For added comfort and peace of mind, the property includes:

• Regular cleaning service
• 24-hour security

The gated property is accessed from the main road, followed by a private drive up a hill to the house. Having transportation is highly recommended, although the walk is a great workout for those who enjoy it.

Guests also have access to a stunning shared pool area at the bottom of the hill near the main gate. Surrounded by tropical flowers, mango trees, and comfortable lounge chairs, it is an ideal place to unwind.

If you would like to walk into town, you can park near the guardhouse at the entrance. From there, it is a two-minute walk to the beach, with many excellent restaurants nearby.

Villa Dos Vistas is ideal for travelers who appreciate the balance of quality, comfort, and nature.

Guest Access

All areas are accessible except for the storage room containing the washer and dryer, which is reserved for staff.

If you would like your personal laundry to be washed, we can recommend a professional cleaning service in town that offers laundry pickup and delivery for an additional cost.

Materials and Care

• The house is built with delicate, natural materials.
• Please do not use sunscreen, Baygon, or other aggressive products indoors, as they may damage the floors and walls.
• Use the soft protective mats when placing plastic or rubber items, such as toys or workout equipment, on the floor.
• Please do not move the furniture.

Surf Equipment

• Surfboards and wax must be kept in the board rack outside.

Eco Home and Respect

• This home is part of an eco-project designed with respect for nature.
• Parties are not permitted.
• Please respect nature, staff, and neighbors at all times.

Security and Access

• For safety reasons, the guard can only allow entry to people listed on the guest list.
• Please inform us in advance if you expect visitors, taxis, or food deliveries so we can notify the guard.

Nature and Wildlife

• The house is surrounded by nature.
• Although bugs are minimal, you may occasionally see ants or insects depending on the season.
• They are harmless and part of the natural environment.

Wi-Fi and Electricity

• We provide the best Wi-Fi available.
• Short interruptions to electricity or internet service may occasionally occur and are beyond our control.
• Outages are rare, and many guests work remotely without any issues.

Access and Transportation

• The house is located on a steep hill.
• The road is paved and in good condition.
• A four-wheel-drive vehicle or all-terrain vehicle is recommended.
• The pool is located at the bottom of the hill near the main gate.
