Discover the relaxed luxury of Hacienda Camino al Mar, a private villa located just half a block from miles of beautiful beach in the heart of Bucerias’ Zona Dorada. The property is 10 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport and offers easy access to the best of Riviera Nayarit.

The Space

Hacienda Camino al Mar combines the romance of Old Mexico with modern comforts across more than 11,000 square feet of elegant Spanish Colonial-style living space. Designed to embrace the ocean air, the villa creates a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor areas.

The main villa includes seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. A newly built, three-bedroom Guest Casita is also available separately or together with the main villa for larger groups, providing 10 bedrooms in total. Please ask about special rates if you do not require all 10 bedrooms.

Guests enter through 100-year-old mesquite doors and are welcomed by the sound of Talavera fountains, a cold margarita, and warm hospitality. Enjoy an evening walk along the beach, an after-dinner swim in the natural saltwater pool, or cocktails and sunset views from the rooftop terrace.

The villa is located in the heart of the Golden Zone in the quiet seaside village of Bucerias. The beach is approximately a 30-second walk from the front door.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire villa, including the private pool and grounds. The property is rented exclusively to one family or group at a time, so there are no shared spaces or amenities.

If you rent five bedrooms, for example, the remaining bedrooms will remain closed and will not be rented separately. Weekly rentals include the comforts of home, including wireless internet, a Vonage line with free calls to the United States and Canada, an iPod-compatible stereo, beach and pool toys, beach towels, linens, hairdryers, and toiletries.

Rates and Occupancy

• Published rates are based on a minimum rental of five bedrooms.
• Each additional bedroom costs $150 per night plus 19% tax.
• A minimum eight-bedroom rental is required when booking the Hacienda and Guest Casita together for one group.
• Rates are based on a minimum of five bedrooms for up to 10 guests from May through October.
• Rates are based on a minimum of six bedrooms for up to 12 guests from November through April.
• The Hacienda accommodates a maximum of 14 adults plus a few younger children. An additional fee of $30 per person applies for up to 16 guests.
• Four fold-out twin-size sleeping mats are available for smaller children sharing a parent’s room.
• A portable crib and high chair are provided.
• The Guest Casita accommodates three bedrooms. Each room has a king bed and a small loft with two twin beds, designed primarily for children sharing the room.

Rates are seasonal and may include minimum-stay requirements. Because rates are staggered by bedroom count and include an additional fee for occupancy exceeding double occupancy, the Airbnb automated calculator may not provide an accurate quote. Please send a direct request for a customized quote.

Minimum Stays and Booking Requirements

• Saturday check-in and check-out are required from November through April.
• Seven-night minimum stay for Christmas, December 16–26 or 27.
• Seven-night minimum stay for New Year’s week, December 26 or 27–January 3 or 4.
• Five-night minimum stay for Thanksgiving and Easter weeks.
• Three-night minimum stay from mid-April through the end of October.
• Five-night minimum stay from November through mid-April, reduced to three nights for last-minute bookings made fewer than 30 days before arrival.
• Long-term and monthly discounted rates apply only from May through October.
• Special discounts do not apply during holidays.
