The apartment is located on the first floor and the patio opens up just off the end of the chain of pools at the Pacifico community. This is nice to access pool easily but is still a bit more private than the units directly in front of the pool. The unit has all the items you need (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, soap, conditioner, dish soap) Beds and furniture are comfy enough. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker, kettle, juicer. We only had to buy food at the grocery store which was right next to the parking lot for the community. Pacifico community was pleasant. Mainly Canadians and US retirees and their kids/grandkids. Very quiet after 8:00 at night. Perfect place to stay with young kids. May be a bit boring with older teens/college kids. This is a completely expat place. No local culture or food, so keep that in mind.

Fantastic stay! The condo was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The location is perfect—close to the pool, beach club, and town, yet quiet and relaxing. The host and management team were extremely responsive and professional, making the whole experience seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it

We spent a few days of excellent rest, the property was perfectly clean, spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you need, the beds were perfect for a good rest. Our host Maria José greeted us personally, with great kindness, always communicated quickly and responded assertively. Excellent personalized service. I recommend the property 100% and Zindis for a great stay.

We actually had a great time in the apartment only that the kitchen outlets weren't working and we had to wait until the day after arrival to be fixed, but everything else was super cute

Host Review: Unfortunately, this is the FIRST time we have been penalized by an Airbnb host ($35) for arriving after 6pm. In our case, we arrived at 6:50pm because we traveled with a baby who required us to stop constantly to change her and feed her. In addition, there was a 1.5 hrs closure in the race for jobs they are doing. Even explaining these late circumstances (we lasted 8 hours when arriving at the place from San Jose) the ZINDIS group fined us for arriving late. It is important that you keep this in mind and if you arrive after 9pm, the fine is greater. The Place: We loved how central it is. It is close to the pool and the fact that this one on the first floor is a plus for those of us who have hij or even for seniors. The place is quite spacious and comfortable.

Beautiful place! Super comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, at the same time it has privacy and is close to the pool, it has several spacious and very nice pools. Excellent attention from the host. Walking supermarket, pharmacy, and ice cream shop. My family and I would definitely stay here again.
