Punta Mita Premier Golf Membership
The Premier Membership includes access to the Tennis Club and Fitness Center; usage fees apply. It also provides access to two Four Seasons Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses, Pacifico and Bahia, as well as five Punta Mita beach clubs.
Sufi, Kupuri, Pacifico, and The Surf Club offer complimentary access. Access to the St. Regis Beach Club is subject to availability and requires an additional fee.
Four Seasons facilities are available only to guests of the Four Seasons Resort and Private Villas.
Additional Guest Fee
Since January 6, 2026, Punta Mita has charged a one-time, per-stay fee to all vacation guests staying in Punta Mita. Payment is due five days before check-in. A payment link will be provided to the primary guest 15 days before arrival.
This fee includes:

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and clean. The pool was nice and there were iguanas outside in the afternoon which our daughters loved. The area is charming and very relaxing. Most recommended based on the service, the host helped us get everything ready in advance Including rides from airport and amenity access. There was a lovely house keeper, Rosa, who was very friendly and cooked amazing breakfasts for us in the mornings.

A fabulous week-long stay at Regis' property, from whom we received excellent attention to clear up any doubts when booking. We were a family of 10 and we were very comfortable in the spaces, the attention and service of Rosa the cleaning lady and cook was excellent as well as that of Adriana the concierge, very attentive to any need that arose Punta Mita is a highly recommended place for family vacations. We had included the beach clubs that we visited every day, with very convenient amenities to combine rest and fun We rented the golf cart to tour the entire area, even leaving the complex to access a convenience store, cafes, tours, etc. One of the days Mrs. Rosa prepared a grilled snapper for us that we bought at the Punta Mita fish market right outside the complex

comfortable home. pool was always VERY warm! From the photos it looks like it's on ground level on the golf course. But it's actually across the street. And you're on an upper level. But the views are amazing.

Our experience was good, but not great. The home is beautiful, concierge is amazing, but we had several maintenance issues, and the photos are severely outdated. Pros: Concierge service was fantastic, attentive and took care of all dinner reservations and maintenance issues. Daily breakfast from Rosa was delicious. She also cleaned the home daily and was delightful. Views from the upstairs master bedroom are tough to beat. Cons: The house is beautiful but aging. We had several maintenance issues (which were all addressed immediately): -Master bed broke (collapsed) twice during the stay. -We did not have hot water the first night. -Master bedroom shade in the middle of the windows doesn’t come down, blocking some of the view. Additionally, the view from the pool is not what is pictured. New buildings are now directly below the property and vegetation has filled in 2/3 of the view. Second main bedroom is dark and we found the courtyard not usable due to bugs.
