Stayed at the condo complex between Aug 21-28 with my husband, son, daughter in law and my granddaughter. The apartment was very spacious, 2 very spacious rooms, closet space and drawers were more than expected. Comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed, especially when traveling with a 1 year old. Booster chair available and even a stroller if needed. A washer and dryer, coffee machine for percolator coffee and a kettle for instant coffee. Pots, pans, dishes etc… The patio outside was so spacious, with a table and chairs and also a patio set. Wonderful to go outside in the morning and have your coffee. 5th Avenue was an 8-10 minute walk. We loved our stay and highly recommend.

The location of The Elements is excellent, in a quiet area a few minutes walk from 5th Avenue, restaurants and shops. The complex is very well maintained, safe, and the common spaces are impeccable. The pool is huge, shallow, and there are always enough sun loungers. The beach club is a nice asset. Unfortunately, during our stay, the beach was impassable due to sargassum. This is a natural phenomenon. However, we were a little disappointed with the condo, which seemed more outdated than the photos suggested. When we arrived, we had a problem with the air conditioning, which was quickly resolved. Although we enjoyed the complex and its location, we would probably choose another condo on a future stay, as it didn't quite meet our expectations. Nevertheless, we recommend this condo, especially to those who prefer a prime location and a high-quality complex.

We have stayed in other units at the Elements; Izela's condo was hands-down my favorite! The kitchen was fully equipped and we made several meals. Everything was super clean. We were traveling with my 18 month old grandaughter and Izela made sure we had a booster seat and a portacrib for her. The pool was great; we didn't use the beach club much during our stay, but it was an easy walk across a side street to get there. I would definitely book with Izela again!

Our stay was everything we were looking for, we didn’t want to pay the cost of a resort to stay for a short period of time but this place gives resort feels. Private beach club, phenomenal pool, place was perfect and clean. And the drinks at the beach club were amazing ask for Joanna, she was the absolute best.

Izela's apartment is very nice, lovely decor, beautiful furniture, very comfortable beds. Features 2 bedrooms, including a master suite, with a beautiful, large bathroom. Our adult children each had a bedroom with a queen-size bed and their own bathroom. The terrace overlooking the residence's swimming pool is a plus. There is also access to a beach club. The residence is very quiet and just a few blocks from 5th Avenue and 38th Avenue, where you can find restaurants. Izela is a very responsive and helpful host. Check-in and check-out are self-service, using the residence's reception area. I would also like to thank Izala for her hospitality; cakes and chips were waiting for us. I highly recommend this apartment!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is well maintained, thoroughly stocked, clean amd comfortable. The location is amazing - short walk to everything but in a quiet area. The Elements is a wonderful place to stay - the pool is excellent and its nice to have the attached beach club for both beach access and food and drinks. The staff are so friendly. Izalea is a great host. We had a small maintainance issue that she took care of really quickly. Highly recommend!

This condo is perfect!! I come here often, but first time at this condo and I will definitely be back. You can’t beat the location. It’s steps to the ocean & just a couple blocks from the fun on 5th ave where all the fun is, vendors, live music, great food, shopping, all of it. You can easily get to other areas for touring as well. The ferry to Cozumel is only a few blocks away where you can snorkel & do a beach club for the day, or do a catamaran/yacht tour to INHA reef. You can visit the ruins in Tulum, Chitzen Itza, or explore Akumal & swim with sea turtles or Monkey Sanctuary. Playacar ruins & Xaman Ha aviary are close too! The condo overlooks the ocean and the pool. They have a hot tub that is actually hot. The beach club has amazing food & friendly staff. Working with the host was easy, very communicative & friendly. Everything we needed was provided & then some. I would 100% recommend this condo. It was clean, the area is safe, & everyone is friendly for a great price.
