We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Vista Hermosa! We were a group of five visiting from Costa Rica 🇨🇷 and although we initially booked a different property, the host was incredibly responsive and proactive in helping us transition to this location when some unexpected issues came up. Chema handled everything quickly and professionally, making what could have been a stressful situation much easier. We especially appreciated her willingness to work with us, including offering a discount for one night since we had to pack up and move in the evening. Her problem-solving skills and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. The new Airbnb was comfortable, well-maintained, and a great fit for our group. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to future guests. Pura Vida!

The apartment is very good, as the photos show, it's quite clean, the elevators are fast and the check-in is not so complicated. Unfortunately, during our stay the wifi never worked and the pool was closed. The apartment has no air conditioning, so during our stay we felt very hot. Fortunately, they leave some fans that we had to use. Unfortunately, I left some sneakers and my wife's shampoo, but we were unable to recover them, perhaps because I told them about this the next day, but in general terms I recommend it.
