Villa Serena is a modern beachfront home located directly on a soft white sandy beach inside a highly exclusive community. Positioned on the Tourist Corridor, it is just 15 minutes from downtown San Lucas and 10 minutes from San Jose del Cabo, providing convenient access to local attractions.

Services and Staff

Your stay includes daily housekeeping (excluding Mexican holidays), a complimentary butler, and a dedicated Cabo Platinum Personal Concierge. The staff team is committed to making your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. A minimum gratuity of 10% of the reservation is requested to be fairly distributed among the service personnel.

Villa Serena can be combined with the neighboring 5-bedroom beachfront villa to create a 10-bedroom estate.

A: Yes, the villa offers direct access to the beach just beyond the pool patio. The beach on the Sea of Cortez is swimmable during certain times of the year but conditions can vary. Extreme caution is advised, especially for children and inexperienced swimmers, due to occasional strong currents and undertows. The property also features a beach volleyball net and is within walking distance of a beachfront restaurant and bar.

Q: How close are restaurants and grocery stores?
A: A grocery store is approximately 10 minutes away, though your personal concierge can arrange grocery delivery. Several excellent restaurants are located within a short walk along the beach.

Q: What does the butler service include?
