Enjoy a stylish two-story home in Xpu-Ha, designed for memorable stays with family and friends in the heart of the Riviera Maya.

The property is located in one of the Riviera Maya’s most desirable areas, with convenient access to the region’s top attractions:

• Puerto Aventuras and Akumal are approximately 5 minutes away by car.
• The beach is 1 kilometer from the property.
• Beach club access is available to guests for a minimal entrance fee.

The Space

This spacious villa features:

• Four bedrooms
• Four and a half bathrooms
• A television living room with a comfortable sofa bed
• Accommodations for up to 14 guests, ideally 6–8 adults and 6–8 children

The master suite includes a balcony with a hot tub and hammock. Two additional upstairs bedrooms also feature private balconies with hammocks, creating relaxing spaces to enjoy the surrounding jungle. The ground-floor bedroom offers a private Jacuzzi.

Jungle views can be enjoyed from throughout the home. Outside, the patio is equipped for entertainment and relaxation with:

• A 150-inch projector screen
• A bar
• A comfortable fire pit lounge
• A small pool for cooling off in the tropical climate

The villa is approximately 50 yards from the clubhouse, which includes a fully equipped gym and a semi-Olympic-length pool.

Beach Club Access

Xalmar Beach Club is approximately three-quarters of a mile away and is accessible to guests.

• The standard cover charge is $250 MXN per adult.
• $200 MXN of the cover charge is credited toward food and beverage consumption.
• Children under 12 years old do not pay a cover charge.
• On Mondays and Tuesdays, there is no cover charge, but a minimum consumption of $500 MXN per person in food and beverages is required.
• Advance reservations are required.
• Access is subject to availability.
• Rates, hours, and conditions are established directly by the beach club and may change without prior notice.

About Xpu-Ha

Xpu-Ha is an eco-friendly destination, so its infrastructure may differ from that of larger cities. Temporary interruptions to electricity or water service may occasionally occur because the area relies on local systems and natural resources.

Additional Information

A complimentary cleaning service is provided for every six-night stay upon request. More frequent housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee.

Because taxi services are limited in the area, renting a car is highly recommended. An optional spacious three-row sport utility vehicle is available for rent and can accommodate up to seven people.

The outdoor pool is cleaned every three days during your stay. At certain times of year, additional fallen leaves may be present.
