The Space

Daily visits from local wildlife such as white-faced and squirrel monkeys, toucans, macaws, sloths, and iguanas are guaranteed. Each apartment features its own small outdoor terrace, and private hiking trails within the community allow guests to explore the jungle and observe native animals.

Guests have access to all areas within the gated community, including trails and a waterfall (which dries out between January and April).

• There are eight units total (four upstairs and four downstairs). If this unit is unavailable, please inquire about others with the same size and layout but varying decor.
• All units have at least 10 steps to access; please specify preferences for upstairs or downstairs units.
• A short but steep 30-meter hill must be climbed to reach the condos, which may be a consideration for guests without a rental car.
• Rates apply to 1-2 guests; an additional fee of $15 per person per night applies for extra guests.
• Damages to the property or its contents during the stay will be charged to the guest. This may be covered by Airbnb’s AirCover, but guests should be aware of this policy.
• Weekly and monthly discounts are automatically applied for stays of seven nights or longer.
• Special requests such as extra floor mattresses, cribs, or children's high chairs can be accommodated—please notify in advance.
• Deep disinfectant cleaning is performed before every check-in. Staff wear gloves during cleaning, and guests are encouraged to use the pool or hiking trails during this time for safety.
