The Space
Enjoy spectacular lake views from this spacious house, which accommodates up to 12 guests. The property features indoor and outdoor fireplaces, a beautifully crafted wooden dining table that converts into a pool table, and inviting indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing.
Start your mornings with coffee prepared using either the standard or capsule coffee maker, then take in the magnificent sunsets. In the evening, unwind by the fireplace or watch a movie on the large flat-screen television. Outdoors, sip wine beneath the starry sky.
Bedrooms
The house has four bedrooms:
- The first master bedroom includes a king-size bed, a terrace with lake views, air conditioning, a full bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet.
- The second bedroom has two double beds, a full bathroom, and air conditioning.
- The third bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a double bed, and a pull-out bed with double and single configurations. It also includes a full bathroom, air conditioning, and beautiful lake views.
- The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor next to the garden. It has two double beds, a full bathroom, and a fan.
Villa Caparín is an ideal year-round destination in Valle de Bravo.
For safety and responsibility, reservations are accepted only from guests over 21 years old.

The house is easy to reach, located close to the main road between Valle de Bravo and Avándaro. It is a 10-minute walk from downtown Valle and just 5 minutes from the lake.
Upon arrival, Rene will welcome you, open the house, and show you the available areas.

Additional Information
- The jacuzzi accommodates up to 12 people. Use of the jacuzzi with hot water costs an additional $1,000 pesos per day.
- Air conditioning costs an additional $1,000 pesos per night.
- For groups of more than six people who would like meals prepared, an additional person must be hired at a cost of $500 pesos per day.
- Small dog breeds are accepted. Only one dog is allowed per stay, with a pet fee of $500 pesos.
- Cleaning services are available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- A concierge and security guard are on-site to assist with your needs. This service is included in the rental price.
- Invoices are available for your records.

Excellent luxury house, very comfortable, beautiful and perfectly maintained. Andrés and Gaby took care of us and helped us with everything, making our stay very pleasant. It has a wonderful terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the lake and the sunsets. It was a family weekend where we were able to enjoy spending time together and the World Cup games, since there was a very large TV in the living room. We would definitely come back.

The house is spotless. Gaby, who is in the house, cooks delicious food and is very active in cleaning. She's always attentive. It's a good thing to have her. Andrés helps open the door and extra things. Everything works perfectly. I would definitely go back.
