Situated on the ground floor, it provides convenient entry to the pool and a view overlooking the golf course. Each bedroom is equipped with both air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort.

Hacienda Iguana offers a variety of amenities to enhance your stay. The property is within walking distance of grocery stores, pharmacies, various restaurants, pools, spas, bars, and a golf course. Surfboards are available for rent, allowing you to explore nearby beaches such as Playa Gigante and Popoyo.

For reservations longer than five nights, cleaning services are provided every three nights. Weekly stays include one complimentary laundry service. For monthly bookings, the laundry room remains accessible throughout your stay.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to all areas within Hacienda Iguana during their reservation. Even if you arrive before check-in or stay after check-out, you are welcome to enjoy the restaurants, beach bars, golf course, spa, and other facilities on site.

Location

The apartment is close to some of Nicaragua’s best surfing spots and surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, making it an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure.

Additional Information

To complete your reservation and facilitate entry into Hacienda Iguana, you must provide a photo of the identification (passport, driver’s license, or identity card) for all adults included in the booking. This is a mandatory requirement set by the resort to ensure smooth access.
