The property is located by the sea in the Vista Coral development, which features a boardwalk, marina, and variety of high-quality dining options. Fish and seafood tacos are among the local specialties.

The condo is in a brand-new building with an excellent location for enjoying sunsets from the terrace.

Visit the city and mingle with locals along the El Malecón promenade, which stretches for more than four miles along La Paz Bay. The promenade offers a variety of restaurants and cafés.

La Paz is a charming historic city with an old town, central plaza, cathedral, and art museum, all within walking distance of the condo.

Getting Around

La Paz is a two-hour drive north of Cabo San Lucas. Its relaxed atmosphere offers a quieter experience while remaining accessible to popular destinations.

You can fly to La Paz through Los Cabos Airport, which offers extensive connections to destinations in the United States and Canada. Direct connections are also available through Dallas and Phoenix. Travelers from Southern California can use the Cross-Border Express at Tijuana Airport, which serves the San Diego area.

Because this is a popular area, Uber and taxi services are readily available nearby. However, renting a car at the airport is highly recommended so you can explore everything La Paz has to offer. Advance reservations are recommended.

The building provides four parking spaces in the basement. A rental car also makes it easier to visit nearby beaches, including Balandra, which has been recognized by several renowned international publications as one of the most beautiful and idyllic beaches in Mexico and the world.
