Beach Access and Tulum
Casa de los Sueños is less than 10 minutes by car or scooter from multiple beach clubs and the hotel zone. Jungle Luxe has established direct relationships with ten sought-after beach clubs along the Mexican Caribbean, including:
- Gitano
- Hotel Panamera
- Umi
After booking, guests receive access to the Jungle Luxe guest concierge app, which provides each club’s current terms, minimums, and atmosphere. Beach reservations can be placed directly through the app the day before, making it easy to begin the morning with a confirmed reservation.
Most Tulum beach clubs operate with a minimum food-and-drink spend instead of a separate entrance fee. Minimums vary by club. Through October, many clubs waive or reduce these requirements, while minimums are generally firmer during high season. The app provides the details in advance. Outside food and drinks are not permitted, as all purchases must be made through the club’s kitchen.
Public beach access points are also available, and a small number of Tulum hotels maintain public access to the beach. The concierge team can recommend the best options for your stay, including honest guidance about chair availability and crowds.
A car or scooter is recommended for exploring Tulum, and Jungle Luxe can arrange either. Local coffee shops and restaurants are only minutes away. Nearby cenotes include:

Neek Lagoon and Sipalitos are also worth the detour.

2 adults - 4kids this place was perfect for us. The house is beautiful and it smells really good! The kitchen has everything you need to make an amazing meal. We even hired the private chef Tony. My kids had a wonder time in the pool. The only complaint was the deck and pool that were not cleaned when we arrived. The last day there was a power outage in the city, Rachel extended our check out so we could have breakfast and do a load of laundry. The house is secluded, and you need a car. This isn’t the house for you if you are not planning to have a car. It is at least 20-25mins from all the restaurants and shops. The best part was Rachel and her team (Mario/Angela) who were outstanding! They are on top of it, making sure their guests are taking care of and no matter the time they responded to all my inquiries. Keep up the good work!

We had a lovely stay at Rachel’s beautiful place. It was very clean & stylish. Our kids enjoyed the outdoor area and pool. We cooked many meals in the kitchen. It has cooking utensils, spices, and other basics you may need. We also appreciated the beach towels provided. We found the washer & dryer helpful to use during our stay. Rachel and team is very responsive and friendly. They even brought us pool floats upon request. We appreciated the option to “fill your fridge” as we arrived late at night and it was nice to have some food available when we arrived. We liked the location because it was quiet and private. It’s close to the center of Tulum. It’s easy to get to the beaches, local sights & cenotes. However, I’d recommend renting a car as this location would not have been walkable for us.

This place was AMAZING - so beautifully finished, super clean, really cool and really comfortable (bed is huge and so comfy!!) It had all the amenities we wanted, we were really happy. Rachel was so helpful and so responsive, it really put us at ease during our trip knowing she was so easily reachable!

We stay in multiple airb&b’s a year and this was one of the nicest we’ve ever reserved. The house is away from the city center and is calm and relaxing. Communication with Rachel was easy and prompt. She was a great host providing help with any request. The pool and furnishings were like the pictures. Couldn’t have been happier with this house.

Rachel was a fabulous host…very responsive and friendly and easy to reach if we had questions. Our favorite thing was her outdoor space with private pool and sun deck. The area got lots of sun for most of the afternoon, which we loved. There was a charcoal grill that we cooked dinner on too. We were glad to have rented a car to get back and forth from the beach. If you’re looking for privacy and peace and quiet this location is great.
