We’re really happy we decided to stay here! The caretaker was super nice and helpful, and they even provided videos to make finding the house easy. The home was clean, and had plenty of space for our two families and was in a great location. It’s close to shops and restaurants, but still far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. There was also so much to do nearby. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be coming back!

This Airbnb is incredibly well located in El Tunco—it’s just steps away from everything. The space itself is great, the pool is amazing, and the air conditioning works very well. One thing to note is that only the bedrooms are indoors, while the living room and kitchen are outside, which actually works perfectly with the warm weather. I would definitely recommend staying here and will absolutely book it again the next time I’m back

Excelente atención por parte de los anfitriones, la casa se encontraba ordenada y limpia, la ubicación es excelente ya que tiene su privacidad la propiedad pero a su vez esta cerca de la playa y vida nocturna así como de restaurantes y lugares para convivir

I’m giving this listing four stars instead of much less because of two things: the location, and the friendliness of the on-site representatives . The good: the location is unbeatable, incredibly gorgeous. As close to the boardwalk as I think you could get in el Tunco and be in a private space. The sunset is phenomenal from the back yard and everything is in walking distance. By the entry to the property, there is a small house with a lady who takes care of the unit, she is so wonderful and sweet. The bad: this Airbnb needs major updates to the outdoor kitchen. there is a small, rusty refrigerator, an old stove lined with aluminum foil. The bathrooms need to be re-tiled badly. Quite frankly the entire place needs work. The AC units are too small to properly cool the bedrooms. For the money, it is not what I expected, except for the location and the lady who manages the house was wonderful.

Muy bonita casa mi familia disfruto mucho la estadía acá la piscina muy bonita las camas muy cómodas y la cocina muy bien equipada para cocinar lo que tú quiereras nos encantaría volver a quedarnos acá de nuevo

Highly recommend! The location is excellent—within easy walking distance of bars and restaurants. Andrea & Suzi were very welcoming and always available if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.
