Important Note
The property does not have hot water. Showers use ambient-temperature water, offering a more eco-friendly and rustic experience in this tropical setting.

Additional Information
A smaller house on the property is occupied by the property guardians. They are not part of the reservation, but they can assist with issues during your stay, help set up the kayaks, and provide other assistance when needed.
The property boat is available for an additional fee. Speak with the guardians about schedules and prices, as trips are best coordinated with the tides.
Freshly baked French rolls can be delivered early in the morning, and freshly made tortillas can be delivered around lunchtime. Request bread from the guardians the day before; tortillas can be requested on the same day.
Each reservation includes one 5-gallon jug of purified water. Additional jugs can be purchased from the guardians for $5 each.
Charcoal for the grill is also available for purchase from the guardians.

Excellent place, very spacious, tidy and clean. It met my expectations. I went with my dog and it is an enclosed place where he can walk freely without me worrying that he will leave the property. There are many activities to do inside and outside the property, and the people who take care of the house are super attentive and friendly. Would definitely go again

This was by far the BEST Airbnb experience I have ever had. Everything was so clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Everything was as described and even better. The groundskeepers were amazing and really enhanced the overall experience. So friendly, helpful, and fun too. The space was perfect for our group of different ages and interests. We LOVED the beautiful grassy area that was kept so clean and green. We played a lot there. Access to the kayaks was incredible, and they were high quality and well maintained. Plenty of life jackets were provided. The gated yard was perfect for the dogs we brought, and we felt very comfortable. We loved the location and exploring low and high tides, and the boat rides we arranged with Santos were THE BEST, and he was so fun and flexible. We literally have NOTHING bad to say about this experience. We hope this location stays this amazing and keeps up the experience. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

An excellent place to spend with the family. Impeccable rooms, and the access to the estuary is perfect. It's wonderful that the estuary empties out, allowing you to walk, and then it fills up again in the afternoon. A beautiful place. Don Santos's hospitality was excellent, and the food they deliver is also excellent. The ranch is fully equipped; you only need to bring food if you are going to cook; otherwise, you can eat food prepared by the local residents. The grill is excellent; it's gas-fired, so you don't need to bring charcoal. I would go back with my family.

House was more beautiful than it was described. Plenty of hammocks for resting. it's suitable for kids and adults. very peaceful atmosphere. The couple who checked us in were very friendly and super attentive. I 100% recommend this location.

A beautifully built and spacious house with all the amenities you need for an amazing adventurous stay. Great place for family gatherings to enjoy the beach areas. The hosts Santos and Flor are superb and hospitable to the max.
