The Space

The daily rate covers exclusive use of the finca for your group, with a standard maximum of 16 guests. Infants under two years old are not included in this occupancy limit.

The property has three guest rooms with sleeping capacity for 16 people:

• One room for 4 guests
• One room for 4 guests
• One room for 8 guests

Upon request, the sleeping arrangements can be adjusted to accommodate up to 20 guests. The absolute maximum number of people permitted on the property at any time is 20. Groups exceeding this limit will not be admitted, including additional visitors.

The finca occupies one hectare of land. At the entrance, the main house provides parking for up to 10 cars and contains the three primary bedrooms.

Bedrooms and Guest Areas

Behind the main house is the swimming pool, a deck area, and a large pool cabana. A fire-pit area with ambient lighting, comfortable chairs, and hammocks provides a relaxing setting for conversation, singing, or roasting marshmallows in the evening.

Adjacent to the pool area is a large covered social salon featuring:

• A bar with bar stools
• A refrigerator for guest beverages
• A spacious seating area
• A pool table
• A table-football game
• Portable games and books

Next to the social salon is a large dormitory-style bedroom with four double beds, an en-suite bathroom, hot water, and a toilet.

Kitchen and Outdoor Facilities

Across from the social salon is a fully equipped, open-air country kitchen with:

• A refrigerator
• Large gas cooking burners
• A wood-fired cooking area
• A large barbecue
• Tables and chairs on the kitchen patio

The patio overlooks the western side of the property and offers beautiful sunset views.

At the rear of the finca, guests can enjoy a large private tropical-style cabana. The patio deck is available for guest use at any time; however, the bed inside the locked section is private.

A grassy area known as the cancha is located beside the cabana. It functions as a small football field with goalposts at both ends and can also be used for sports or exercise.

Plantation Area

The remaining rear section of the property is a plantation with a pathway winding through fruit trees, including plantains and bananas.

There is no entrance or exit at the back of the property, and the gate is normally kept locked. Guests may enter this area upon request.

Day-Use Events

Day-use bookings, known as a Pasadía or day pass, run from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Please provide the expected number of guests and indicate whether the booking is for an event such as a birthday or graduation. This allows us to arrange additional items, such as tables or a gazebo, and provide the per-person cost.

Bedrooms are not accessible during Pasadía bookings.

Access and Housekeeping

The entire finca is available exclusively to guests during the booked stay. The hosts live in Pereira and can be contacted at any time.

The lounge and kitchen inside the main finca residence are reserved for the on-site housekeeper and groundskeeper. These areas are locked in the evenings and whenever staff are not at the finca.

The social areas, guest kitchen, and all other guest rooms remain accessible 24 hours a day.

The main house is locked during the evenings. During the day, it is used by the housekeeper and groundskeeper, who clean and maintain the property daily.

Local Information

Guests are encouraged to bring groceries and beverages when checking in. A few small shops and cafés are within walking distance and offer basic supplies.
