Had an awesome stay. This house is quite roomy and could probably easily sleep 10, with one room that’s great for kids. Right on the beach but a little quieter than the more commercial part of Rocky Point. Location was convenient to the Walmart and lots of authentic food. Andrew was a super friendly and helpful host.

This was our 4th house we’ve rented in las conchas and our favorite to date! Very comfortable and great layout for families - the kids basically had their own living room/TV set up and loved the bunk room. The kitchen was fully stocked and we just felt the furniture was very comfortable overall, we also appreciated the air conditioner units in each room. Views were 10/10 as was Andrew’s hospitality! Great stay in Las Conchas and would definitely book again !
