Amazing place, just like the photos. We loved the house, the views, the monkeys that always visit, and the best part was Josue's constant attention and recommendations. Regards and thank you very much. Pura Vida.

I don't even know how to describe this place - the pictures don't do it justice. It felt like we were staying in luxury for the three days we were there. The pool was amazing and we used it quite a bit. The views were at treetop level and we saw macaws in the trees and toucans flying by. The main bedroom is huge and has an incredible view of the forest. We heard howler monkeys at night and one night we watched an amazing lightening storm. Josue helped us arrange a group tour in the national park which was very smooth and we loved the guide. The only issue was that the shower temperature was variable and sometimes was lukewarm. We would definitely come back to stay here again.

Everyone was wowed as soon as we walked into the place. The views are amazing and just shortly after we arrived we had guests in our balcony 🐒 we saw monkeys and macaws daily from the balcony which was one of the highlights of our trip! We messaged on short notice about getting a chef and massages upon arrival and they were awesome at accommodating such last minute requests. The food that Ana cooked us was amazing and she was great. Even offered to hold our baby so we could eat dinner. The only downside was that we couldn’t get the hot water going. We messaged and they tried to get it resolved as soon as possible and although it worked for an afternoon we went back to cold water the next morning. They were very apologetic and got it resolved again as soon as they could. We would've not minded if we didn’t have the babies as it was pretty hot in MA! It also didn’t take away from our experience. The place is beautiful and concierge is very accommodating and responsive!

Villa Perezoso is truly magical. The views, amenities and first class concierge service was worth every penny. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you!

This was by far one of our best and most beautiful Airbnb stays! The property and service by the host/staff exceeded our expectations. The property is perfect for a large family or several couples. The size of the villa allowed everyone to have his or her own space and each bedroom had its own private balcony in addition to the large balcony on the main floor. The kitchen was well stocked and made preparing meals easy. The views are breathtaking and we saw as much wildlife from the villa (and the street to the villa) as we did on many of the tours. The concierge, Josue, was prompt in responding to each and every question and inquiry. The housekeeping staff was absolutely lovely and the property was in pristine condition upon our arrival. The area felt safe and there are numerous wonderful restaurants close by. We hope to return to Manuel Antonio soon and would most definitely stay at the villa again.

Our family absolutely loved our stay here! The house is even more beautiful in person. It was clean, thoughtfully designed, and surrounded by breathtaking tropical scenery. Waking up each morning felt like being in the middle of a stunning nature documentary. One of the highlights was the incredible wildlife. We saw monkeys playing in the trees, colorful parrots flying overhead, and so many other amazing birds and animals right from the house. It truly felt like an authentic Costa Rica experience. The location was perfect for exploring Manuel Antonio while still feeling private and peaceful. After a day of adventures, it was wonderful to come back to such a comfortable, relaxing home. Every detail made our stay easy and enjoyable. The host/concierge was helpful, friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a wonderful vacation. Their recommendations and communication were excellent from beginning to end. This was one of our favorite family vacations!

House was beautiful and our family loved our visit. Yosue was super responsive when we had an issue. He was very helpful in restaurant recommendations and activity planning. Overall a wonderful experience. The view is spectacular and the monkeys in the evening can be quite entertaining on the patio. The pool was clean and very relaxing. Would recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful property and location! Our conceirge Yosue went above and beyond making our time in Costa Rica stress free! And the daily housekeeping and laundry service were a huge perk! We would not hestitate to stay again next time we make it to Costa Rica! Pura Vida!

This was the PERFECT Manuel Antonio home. Completely perfect communication leading up to trip. Yosue was the best possible concierge and his knowledge and experience with all things needed from groceries, tours, any needs was so appreciated. The house was so peaceful, stunning views. Housekeeping was fantastic. We will not hesitate to stay again with them. Could not recommend more highly. Extremely grateful for the whole team.
