The place was amazing! The person in charge of taking care of the property was extremely nice and welcoming! He helped us with our luggage’s when we arrived and left. The property is three different levels. The bottom levels are the three bedrooms the second level is the living room kitchen and outdoor seating area. The first level is the pool (which was cleaned for us and is not cold)! Beds felt amazing the shower was amazing. The drive to the house is a bit bumpy which is completely normal. The property overall felt like home.

Considero que el precio es elevado en relación con la calidad del servicio ofrecido. Aunque la estadía incluye el uso de la piscina, resulta prácticamente imposible disfrutarla debido a la baja temperatura del agua. Como sugerencia, sería conveniente que, por el precio que se paga, se incluyeran al menos algunas horas de calefacción para la piscina. Esto mejoraría significativamente la experiencia de los huéspedes, especialmente considerando que existen otros Airbnb ubicados frente al lago que ofrecen tarifas similares.

What a beautiful property! The setting is stunning and really exceeded our expectations. Jazmin and Jairo were incredible — so warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel so welcome. The one thing worth noting for future guests: be prepared for bugs. We’re talking full-on swarms, not just the occasional critter you’d expect in a nature setting. We totally understand the location comes with wildlife, but a heads-up in the listing would go a long way in helping guests come prepared. Overall, a memorable stay but just wasn’t prepared for the bugs.

El lugar más bello que emos estado todo súper lindo se a convertido en uno lugar favorito 😍 la vista es maravillosa estamos total mente enamorados de este lugar y el personal de mantenimiento fueron los mejores lo recomiendo al 💯 ❤️

Beautiful views of Lago de Coatepeque! The place felt private and was a short drive to restaurants and stores. I would come back :)
