The villa features an open-plan layout with high ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The loft mezzanine bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a hammock chair swing, and panoramic windows that showcase stunning views of the Arenal Volcano.
The modern bathroom offers a luxurious 16-inch ceiling rainforest shower with a bidet sprayer for added hygiene. A frosted glass wall separates the bathroom from the covered outdoor deck, where guests can relax in a four-person jacuzzi or unwind in a hammock with a fan and ambient lighting—ideal for enjoying a favorite drink.
Throughout the villa, you will find built-in USB and Type-C chargers, premium lighting both indoors and outdoors, tinted windows, and roll-up blinds for privacy. Stay connected with 100 Mbps high-speed Wi-Fi and a stable fiberglass Ethernet cable. The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed for two guests and a 55-inch Smart TV with access to streaming services. A pop-up table serves as a dining area or workspace, complemented by an Alexa device and high-speed Ethernet connection.
Location and Safety
Villa Los Perezosos is situated in one of the safest neighborhoods of La Fortuna, just a 4-minute drive or a 15-minute walk from La Fortuna Downtown and Parque La Fortuna.
The gated property is protected by 24-hour security guards and two surveillance cameras. Upon arrival, guests’ names are registered at the guard booth, and a guard is available to assist in locating the villa.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Les Perezosos in La Fortuna. The location was absolutely perfect — peaceful and beautiful, while still being close to all the activities and attractions in the area. The cottage was lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, well-equipped, and felt like a real home away from home. The beautiful surroundings made the experience even more special. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and a perfect base for exploring La Fortuna and the surrounding area. We would definitely recommend Villa Les Perezosos and would love to stay here again!

The photos don't do the place justice. It's very comfortable and practical, with everything one needs. The patio is one of its strengths. The area is already fenced in and totally private, not as seen in one of the old photos. Very good service as well

Villa Los Perezosos was a wonderful place to stay. The volcano view was stunning, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient, and everything in La Fortuna was just a short trip away. Coming back after a day of exploring to relax in the jacuzzi was such a nice touch, and the whole place had a genuinely homey feel. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting La Fortuna!
