Please review information below before booking. The space Condo has tile throughout and is well decorated with local Nicaraguan art and pottery. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi type tub. The unit has a safe where you can lock your valuables as well as a keyed closet one can use to lock larger items. There is security in the evenings. There is a laundry closet as well. Maid service upon request during your stay for an additional fee. Please note that the condo is located in a very popular area on the beach front so if you are looking for a peaceful, tranquil escape, our place is probably not your best option. Guest access Guests have access to the entire space. There is a locked armoire in the master bedroom closet which is off limits. There is also a utility hall closet which is kept locked. Other things to note Please be prepared to sometimes be without power. Nicaragua unfortunately has power outages. Also, many clients unfortunately have taken advantage of the fact that we didn't charge extra for electricity during their stay. I have been left with no other choice but to charge extra for excessive use of electricity, for example, running the air conditioner consistently. I price the unit low to be competitive but with electricity costs being so expensive and rising, I need to make sure all guest are energy conscious. The daily allowance will be 25 kilowatts per day and an extra charge, if applicable, will be accessed at the end of your stay. When checking out, you can leave the keys on the round 'dining room' table and then lock the door behind you as you leave.

Be prepared for occasional power outages, as they are common in Nicaragua. Due to previous guests’ excessive electricity use, an additional fee will apply for usage beyond the daily allowance of 25 kilowatt-hours. This charge will be calculated at the end of your stay. The unit is priced competitively, but rising electricity costs require guests to be mindful of their energy consumption, especially regarding air conditioning.
