The Space
This beautiful beachfront condo offers stunning views of the bay and is conveniently close to restaurants and nightlife. The area was even featured on the cover of Lonely Planet Nicaragua. If you enjoy an active nightlife, this condo is an excellent choice.
The unit features tile flooring throughout and is tastefully decorated with local Nicaraguan art and pottery. It includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi-style tub. For your security, the condo has a safe for valuables and a keyed closet for locking larger items. Evening security is provided.
Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet, two balconies facing the ocean, and a laundry closet. Maid service is available upon request for an extra fee.
Please note that this condo is located in a lively beachfront area. If you prefer a quiet, peaceful retreat, this may not be the ideal option. We encourage you to read guest reviews to determine if this condo suits your preferences. Despite the nighttime noise, it is a wonderful beachfront home where we strive to make you feel comfortable.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire condo except for a locked armoire in the master bedroom closet and a locked utility hall closet.
Other Information
Be prepared for occasional power outages, as they are common in Nicaragua. Due to previous guests’ excessive electricity use, an additional fee will apply for usage beyond the daily allowance of 25 kilowatt-hours. This charge will be calculated at the end of your stay. The unit is priced competitively, but rising electricity costs require guests to be mindful of their energy consumption, especially regarding air conditioning.
When checking out, please leave the keys on the round dining room table and lock the door behind you.

It was a great place to stay—close to town and right across the street from the beach. The condo was very nice, and I had no issues during my stay. The only suggestion I would make is to improve the internet speed. With a couple of devices connected, the internet was quite slow and laggy. I had to work online for one day, and the connection made it a little difficult. Other than that, everything was great. The location is excellent, the price was very reasonable, and the view is absolutely incredible. The sunsets and sunrises are beautiful! I hope I can stay here again soon. Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely perfect if you want to be in the centre of SJDS. The views are breathtaking and the beach is outside your window, you even have 2 balconies to watch the sunset. We arrived really early and although the apartment wasn’t ready, we were able to leave our bags and still got into the apartment before the check-in time. The apartment itself was so clean and unbelievably spacious-much bigger than the photos make it look. The washing facilities are great if you’re travelling! The beds are comfy-especially in the second bedroom and the kitchen is well equipped. We had a little issue with the WiFi in the evenings but Armando helped immediately so it didn’t cause any inconvenience. Wonderful, wonderful! We hope to be back!

The view is gorgeous! We loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the sunsets. The house felt really spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

Nice, large apartment with a great view. Several amenities within walking distance: restaurant, grocery store, convenience store. For an entire place, it's very good value for money. Armando is a really great host, friendly, responds quickly, and helps us when we need it.🙏🏽 My pros✨ - 🥇 Access to a well-maintained swimming pool - across the beach - Air conditioning in the bedrooms - washer/dryer - hot water in the shower Excellent✨ There is a jug of water provided, a real bonus! As the other reviews say, the rooms are indeed quiet, but there may be more noise on weekends, especially for the room closer to Rue des Restos. For those who really don't want any noise, perhaps avoid the weekend. I recommend it! Thanks Armando
