The Space
This beautiful beachfront condo offers stunning views of the bay and is conveniently close to restaurants and nightlife. The area was even featured on the cover of Lonely Planet Nicaragua. If you enjoy an active nightlife, this condo is an excellent choice.
The unit features tile flooring throughout and is tastefully decorated with local Nicaraguan art and pottery. It includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi-style tub. For your security, the condo has a safe for valuables and a keyed closet for locking larger items. Evening security is provided.
Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet, two balconies facing the ocean, and a laundry closet. Maid service is available upon request for an extra fee.
Please note that this condo is located in a lively beachfront area. If you prefer a quiet, peaceful retreat, this may not be the ideal option. We encourage you to read guest reviews to determine if this condo suits your preferences. Despite the nighttime noise, it is a wonderful beachfront home where we strive to make you feel comfortable.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire condo except for a locked armoire in the master bedroom closet and a locked utility hall closet.
Other Information
Be prepared for occasional power outages, as they are common in Nicaragua. Due to previous guests’ excessive electricity use, an additional fee will apply for usage beyond the daily allowance of 25 kilowatt-hours. This charge will be calculated at the end of your stay. The unit is priced competitively, but rising electricity costs require guests to be mindful of their energy consumption, especially regarding air conditioning.
When checking out, please leave the keys on the round dining room table and lock the door behind you.

The view is gorgeous! We loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the sunsets. The house felt really spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

Bel et grand appartement avec une vue magnifique. Plusieurs commodités à quelques pas; restaurant, épicerie, dépanneur. Pour un logement en entier, c’est un très bon rapport qualité prix. Armando est un très bon hôte, amical, répond vite et nous aide en cas de besoin🙏🏽 Mes positifs✨ - 🥇accès à une piscine bien entretenue - en face de la plage - air climatisé dans les chambres - laveuse/sécheuse - eau chaude dans la douche Extra✨ Il y a une cruche d’eau fournie, un plus vraiment apprécié! Comme le dise les autres commentaires, c’est effectivement tranquille dans les chambres mais il se peut qu’il y ait plus de bruit la fin de semaine, plus pour la chambre plus près de la rue des restos. Pour ceux qui ne veulent vraiment pas de bruit, peut être éviter la fin de semaine. Je recommande! Merci Armando

Very responsive host. Armando answered all questions quickly and was very friendly. The condo is in a busier area which occasionally gets a little rowdy but we expected that so no issues whatsoever. It's Nica baby! The condo suited our needs just fine and the location is awesome in that you can walk and get whatever you need or want. We had a great time!
