Welcome to unit 7119, the most luxurious residence at Xaman Ha. This modern and stylish home features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a spacious open floor plan. Extra-wide sliding glass doors open onto a double patio that offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea.
Location and Grounds
Xaman Ha is set on 2.4 acres of beachfront property, with buildings occupying only 16% of the land. The rest is beautifully landscaped with lush greenery and pristine sandy beaches. The unit includes a private parking space for your convenience.

Important Notes
- The pool and pool bar will be closed for maintenance from September 15 to October 4, 2025.
- September and October are designated construction months at Xaman Ha. Renovations by owners may cause noise from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
- Please keep doors closed when the air conditioning is running and turn it off when leaving the unit to help manage electricity costs, which are high in Quintana Roo.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the unit; however, it is allowed on the patio.

Esta es la segunda vez que nos alojamos aquí, la ocasión pasada todo fue perfecto, pero lamentablemente no podemos decir lo mismo. El alojamiento lucia descuidado, al llegar había un olor extraño, debajo de las camas había demasiado polvo y al llegar tampoco había televisión, lo cual se resolvió rápido porque al día siguiente llevaron una. Pero nuestro mayor problema con el tema de la limpieza fue que encontramos demasiadas cucarachas pequeñas por toda la cocina, en las alacenas, los utensilios y los electrodomésticos, eran demasiadas. Lavamos todo antes de usarlo pero inclusive en la tarja donde estaban los trastes recién lavados aparecían más cucarachas, lo cual hizo que fuera demasiado desagradable cocinar ahí. Nuestras expectativas eran muy altas ya que el costo por hospedarte aquí no es nada económico, pero tristemente nos fuimos decepcionados. La comunicación con Bailey tampoco fue la mejor.

The condo is located within a secure complex with a clean pool and manicured grounds. The best part was the proximity to La Quinta Avenida's restaurants and bars which are all within walking distance. The condo is very clean and spacious. The only issue was the large amount seaweed inundating PDC and the surrounding beaches which cause us to be unable to enter the beach. Even though there was a hiccup during our stay, it was handled to our satisfaction by Bailey. Overall, we had a great time and were very comfortable in the condo. I highly recommend staying at Bailey's beautiful condo. Thank you Bailey!!!

Had the best stay!! Would consider coming back again. Stunning views, private beach, felt safe, walking distance to 5th ave & ferry ride to Cozumel. Couldn’t have asked for more!! Bailey was super responsive and made everything easy.

Our short stay of 3 nights wasn't nearly long enough to enjoy all that PDC had to offer, but Bailey's place was the perfect location to experience it. Extremely comfortable, amazing views, and quiet, yet only a short walk to the PDC plaza, Quinta Avenida and the ferry terminal. We ate in one night, and the kitchen had everything we needed: oil, s&P, herbs etc. We had breakfast twice at Lara & Lucas, only 5-10mins walk, and there was a Wo'market next door that had organic meat, vegies etc. We used the bbq and cooktop. All in all, a beautiful apartment that we highly recommend. Only thing to note is that there is a flight of stairs to lug suitcases up, but we'd been forewarned by previous review. The instructions on finding it were precise (unless you are hot and bothered and miss reception cos there was a van parked in front - then it's a rabbit warren. My own fault.) Highly recommend.

Es sin duda uno de los mejores alojamientos en los que me he hospedado, mi familia y yo la pasamos increíble. El alojamiento coincide con las fotos y superó nuestras expectativas, tienes la quinta avenida a solo unos minutos y el alojamiento está súper bien equipado, además de que el hotel está de lo mejor, sin duda esperamos regresar pronto!

We loved staying at Bailey’s condo! The unit itself had great WiFi, great air conditioning, and was clean with plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The building is well maintained, and the pool was perfect for the kids. There is even a shallow section perfect for toddlers. It’s also right on the beach and walkable to restaurants. Would stay here again!

Bailey is very responsive and helpful. The cleaning lady was outstanding and pool area is fun. The beach is great when there is not too much seaweed. The condo is very comfortable and has just about everything you need for your stay.

Spent a lot of time at the pool and on the beach. Most places in town we wanted to go were 15-20 minutes walk away and we took taxis instead for 150 to 200 pesos (Uber is not available). Taxis did not generally know where Xamen Ha Condos were located, but "Playacar Fase 1" was all they needed to get there and I got a card from the front desk to show the driver. We loved our stay, highly recommended.
