Ipana is a great complex with wonderful outdoor space on the rooftop and is an easy location to access everything. The condo had everything we needed and the host was very responsive to any requests.

This is really a 4.5 star review. The apartment has everything to be a 5 star experience except for minor details that, for the price, should be cheap and easy to address. Specifically: 1. The bedroom closet’s sliding doors were misaligned and it was impossible to open the side where all the hangers were stored. 2. The kitchen sink was partially clogged. 3. The cookware was missing most of its lids. I know they come with lids because I’ve stayed at other Airbnbs that have the exact same set. Only the smallest casserole had a matching lid, and there was one more lid that didn’t fit anything. 4. The apartment did have a 20 liter water jug stored in the laundry area, but it was empty and there was no pump or dispenser to extract water. A full jug can weigh around 20 kg, so a dispenser of some kind would make sense. The host was very responsive but didn’t do anything to address the issues I reported. Overall, the apartment is a good place to stay, and I would stay again.

The apartment as shown in the photos, the surprise is the indications in the form of a sign, everything accommodated with details in the double of towels, toilet paper and soap container for bathroom and hand washing, glasses, pans, dishes more than enough. Execelente area, close to EVERYTHING beach, restaurants and 5th avenue without being noisy the large building amenities, excellent clean.
