Holiday Dates for 2025 & 2026

• Thanksgiving: November 23–30, 2025 and 2026
• Easter Week: March 29–April 4, 2026

Christmas and New Year

Reservations arriving between December 19, 2025, and January 6, 2026, require a minimum stay of 7 to 10 nights. Specific periods may apply. Please contact us before booking online during this timeframe.

Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club

• Full access to the beach club is available for $5 per day, per person.
• Children under 10 years old have free access.
• The beach club closes for approximately two weeks in October; exact dates vary each year.

Construction Notice

There is ongoing construction within the community. However, the home features noise-resistant doors and windows, and the dense landscaping around the pool and garden provides privacy and reduces noise impact. Recent guests have reported no disturbances. Rates have been adjusted to reflect any potential inconvenience.

Additional Guest Fee
