Lovely home with space for a family that knows eachother well, or 2 couples. The place was clean and stocked well enough. We stayed over 2 months and Jesslyn was kind enough to get some things we required in addition. We were greeted at daybreak the first morning and several more by Howler Monkeys announcing their arrival. They collect by the dozen in the trees on the property. The Iguanas play and wrestle on the roof, often, sometimes in the middle of the night, fall off, and play on the cashew trees off the front porch. The squirrels are big and have a beautiful coloring and the birds sing all day long. We even met a gentle scorpion in the lui. There are neighboring horses that hang outside around the property and a sweet little property kitty. She came by on our last day crying to say goodbye. The large porch is a great place to relax, outside of that time dedicated to the no-see-ums and mosquitoes, dawn and dusk. Would recommend.

Una casa muy cómoda y completa. Con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa y más. Nos quedamos 20 días y mantenían la limpieza de la casa, cambiaron sábanas y toallas. Con muchos espacios de recreación y entretenimiento. Es un lugar para pasar un buen momento y también relajarse. La zona es tranquila y de fácil acceso. Nos proporcionaron las suficientes llaves para organizarnos entre muchos cómodamente. La dueña y los encargados de mantener la limpieza y el orden siempre fueron muy amables y estuvieron dispuestos a solucionar cualquier inconveniente. En resumen la estadía en este alojamiento fue una hermosa experiencia, sin duda volveríamos.

This home was a private and comfortable stay for my party of 5 during a one-week trip to Tamarindo. Jess was flexible, communicative, and went the extra mile helping us with check-in/check-out. The property has a spacious kitchen with all the basics and additional goodies (Instant Pot, serving dishes, basic spices/cooking oil). Most restaurants are closer to the beach (about a 15-minute walk), but there are several great options within a 3-minute walk of Jess's AirBnB. I recommend Little Lucha (a chain, but tasty), and especially Naans & Curries (pricey but sublime North/South Indian food and a very extensive menu). Every room is air-conditioned. The outdoor space is quiet and beautiful. The in-house laundry has a super washing machine, but the dryer is lackluster - better to hang your clothes outside on the clothesline if you're doing a lot of laundry. If you are sleeping 8 people here, be aware that 6 of them will be sleeping in the same room and sharing a double-vanity bathroom.

jesslyn is a great host. cleaning and maintenance always available.

This location is great. The property (front house where we stayed) & the pool & cabins in the larger party accommodations are beautifully kept & very relaxing. And, the host is the best - responds quickly, helps with activities, & very knowledgeable about the area.

It's a good place to stay. Very walkable to all the good things in Tamarindo. The host was friendly and responsive. She gaves us a lot of different recommendations. This is a secure place, we felt great. The internet was very fast too. Thank you!

Jesslyn was very proactive and responsive with us, and had many great recommendations from the hop for us. We didn't take advantage of them but it was nice to have the option. Cozy place off the main road of Tamarindo so you get peace and quiet during the nights, as well as very nice master bathroom.
