The Space

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils, perfect for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. Its open layout encourages easy interaction with family and friends while cooking. Blue accents throughout the kitchen evoke the nearby Pacific Ocean.

The dining area features stunning arched windows that provide a timeless ambiance. Whether enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, you can relax while taking in peaceful views from your private sanctuary.

This home includes three comfortable bedrooms, suitable for families or groups of friends:

• The main bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, premium mattresses and bedding, and ample storage.
• One bedroom offers a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom, a single bed on top, and a toddler bed underneath.
• The third bedroom features a queen bed and a TV.

The two secondary bedrooms share a bathroom. A travel crib is available upon request through the concierge team, subject to availability and an additional fee.

A smart TV is provided for guests to access their own streaming services; however, cable TV is not included.

For security, guests must present the identification of the person who made the reservation at check-in. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Location

Las Catalinas is a unique, architecturally Mediterranean-style beach town set on a sprawling 1,100-acre property. The town is entirely walkable and vehicle-free, offering a peaceful environment to relax and socialize.

Parking

Two free parking spaces are available. Parking is managed with a reusable card provided upon arrival to promote environmental responsibility. A $50 USD replacement fee applies if the card is lost or not returned.

Parking on the main road is not allowed.

Las Catalinas Beach Club Passes

• Adult Pass: $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable on consumables. Access subject to availability.
• Child Pass (ages 8 to 12): $15 USD + 13% VAT, with $10 redeemable on consumables. Children under 8 enter free with limited access. Access subject to availability.
• Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT, valid from 7:00 am to 10:00 am only. Hours may vary, and access is limited.

Construction Notice

Las Catalinas is an evolving community, so some construction may occur during your stay. Construction hours and guidelines are:

1. 6:00 am – 7:30 am: Construction may begin; workers speak quietly and no power tools are used.
2. 7:30 am – 6:00 pm: Normal construction activities.
3. 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Construction may continue with quiet voices and no power tools.

Guests have reported that construction does not significantly impact their experience. Please note the property is near the main road and may be subject to some noise, machinery movement, and dust due to ongoing improvements aimed at enhancing future stays. Thank you for your understanding.
