Casa Nikki is a charming, privately owned villa featuring 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Situated within the exclusive gated community of Playacar Phase 1, this spacious Mexican-style villa spans three levels and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. It offers four king-sized beds and one queen-sized bed.
The villa boasts two swimming pools: one located near the beach at the entrance level and a rooftop plunge pool, perfect for enjoying ocean views or sunsets. Just steps away, guests can refresh in the crystal-clear turquoise waters of the Mexican Caribbean Sea and relax on the pristine white sandy beach.

Casa Nikki is only a 15-second walk from the beautiful white sandy beach of Playacar and about a 15-minute stroll to downtown Playa Del Carmen. Playa Del Carmen is one of Mexico’s most vibrant beach towns, known for its international dining options, lively bars, beach clubs, and stylish boutiques.
This villa serves as an excellent base for exploring the Riviera Maya, including day trips to Tulum or Cancun.

For the amount of money we paid for a week stay I felt that it was over priced. The pictures are deceiving! The house is small and the “pools” are a plunge pool. Chef Javier and David where AWESOME!! Maid service was great! Our host was always in a hurry and had no idea what to do with 2 toddlers (activities). The host communication was super poor. She would reply back but didn’t exactly answer our questions. Very quick to get a bill which was expected to pay in hurry while out enjoying our vacation. Internet sucked so paying the hurry up bill made our fun into an anxiety! Booking thru Airbnb was approximately $1500.00 (USD) cheaper than going thru Maya Luxe! Will NEVER stay with Maya Lux again!! Also the chef quotes we got from Maya lux was full day $250 and than it changed to $350 and than it changed to $425! I have all the emails to back this up! We loved the chef but the prices we got quoted was not what we had to pay. I didn’t argue at the time bc we where on vacation and I just wanted the on going harrassment of charges over with. The beach was brown, rocky and not pretty! Location was ok, house is small and cute but for this price I would definitely go visit somewhere else!!

The house was great! The beach is really just about 20 or so steps from the house! The shops and restaurants are right down the street. You could absolutely take a 10 minute walk to enjoy a night night out and not worry about driving or parking. It’s location is amazing! The bedrooms are very spacious with four king bedrooms and a smaller queen bedroom off the kitchen and living room/dining were smaller but adequate. The two pools were refreshing. The roof top pool was fantastic at night! Definitely a must to check out on a beautiful evening. The lower level pool a bit smaller than we thought and about chest level at the deep end but still very enjoyable. The internet/cable were very spotty the week we were there. It was a tough work around for three of us who occasionally have work while away. The weather was perfect so it wasn’t the weather. I think upgrading the internet would be helpful. We enjoyed one night with the chef service and it was absolutely delicious. Overall a fantastic and beautiful home!

This place is beautiful!!! I highly recommend the chef service. The dive company that was recommended was the only complaint. Everything else made for a perfect vacation.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. While just a touch expensive, the service was outstanding on all fronts and you could not ask for a better location. The chefs, our concierge, and really just everyone we interacted with were amazing.

Casa nikki was amazing. It exceeded every expectation our family of nine had. We celebrated my grandma‘s 70th birthday. Anything we needed Daniel or Jacklyn was there to help and would respond within five minutes. Communication was outstanding. The house cleaner was amazing. She went above and beyond to make my grandma feel special by decorating her room for her birthday. Also, we had the chef one night and the dinner was outstanding. The house is smaller than pictured but it is plenty of space and was never an issue with us having nine people. We would love to stay here again one day.

Jeremy and his wonderful team were amazing and did everything and went beyond all of our expectations to make our stay happy and relaxing. Casa Nikki is beautiful, perhaps smaller than pictured, but beautiful and spotless clean. Two pools are great, especially the one on the top level which has an absolutely wonderful ocean view. The beach is just a few seconds walk from the house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need for a beach vacation. Maya Luxe helped us coordinate wonderful chef services for us and they were incredibly amazing. There's a wonderful screening room/bedroom which my kids loved. The mid-level terrace is great and there are two really nice hammocks where we spent countless hours relaxing, reading and enjoying the sun. Our stay was a breeze and we can't wait to be back.

Coupure d’électricité pendant 8h, aucun geste de la part de l’hôte même pas 1h supplémentaire pour le Check-Out, le rooftop pourrait être plus propre et soigné, la villa est très bien située et spacieuse mais je m’attendais à plus par rapport au prix.
