Access to the condominium begins from the main road and continues for approximately 3 kilometers. The final 1.5 kilometers are along a passable unpaved road surrounded by nature, which forms part of the area’s charm and offers a true sense of disconnection.
Upon arrival, guests have access to two private parking areas with space for up to six vehicles.
During your stay, you will have full access to all areas of the property described in the listing, allowing you to enjoy the residence with privacy and peace of mind.
Additional Information
- Check-in is available between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out is by 12:00 noon.
- A service assistant will be present from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to help with general cleaning and basic kitchen tasks. This service is mandatory.
- The service assistant is allergic to seafood.
- Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two small dogs.
- Pets must remain under responsible care.
- An additional nightly pet fee applies.

We had a wonderful stay at María Paula's house. The view is amazing. It was a weekend of really disconnecting. The neighborhood is very quiet. It's under development, and there are still few houses, so we didn't run into anyone. Aída, the housekeeper, is super helpful. She prepared very hearty and delicious breakfasts for us. She's very kind. María Paula was also very attentive, very attentive to our needs and comfort, and always responded immediately when we wrote to her. The kitchen is very well-equipped. We were also able to use the grill. We'll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Maria Paula’s place in Anapoima. It exceeded our expectations in every way. The house and the view are even more beautiful than the photos. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Aida, the service assistant, was kind and so helpful. She was an excellent cook, too, and it was wonderful to have her there. Maria Paula was so helpful and very responsive to all and any questions we had. Truly this was such an amazing trip. I feel so grateful to have stayed in such a beautiful place, and I hope to return one day!

The stay was wonderful. Aida takes great care with every detail to make you feel very comfortable and truly enjoy the place. The property is very nice, has an excellent view and is very peaceful. The furniture and, in general, all the furnishings and kitchen utensils are spotless and very well cared for. My only suggestion would be to consider upgrading the TVs to better match the excellent standard of the rest of the property. Definitely a place I would recommend and go back to.

We loved the house! We were two couples and although the house looks huge, it was perfect for us! The view is spectacular! And the house is located in a private complex. It's a bit far, but the privacy, tranquility, and silence are 100% worth it. In addition, the Airbnb includes the service of a staff member who was with us the whole time, took care of us with breakfast and lunch, and helped us get dinner ready. The presentation and seasoning of the food were spectacular, and she also helped us clean the rooms and common areas! Thank you very much, Ms. Aida, for everything. Everything was amazing!! We will definitely be back with our families in the very, very near future!

Beautiful place, lovely view, great pool, excellent service by Aida who attended to all our needs and excellent support by the host itself. Bit distant from town and very quiet surroundings. But ofcourse that is not a bad thing, just count with it if you don't have your own transportation for rides to town or food delivery. Count with roughly 30000 COP one way cost.

It's a spectacular house. It's very clean and very well arranged. The pool is excellent and the view is spectacular. Maria Paula is very helpful and gave us all the information on time. She was also available to us at all times. Mrs. Aida is very friendly and helpful and cooks very well. I highly recommend this place and hope to return soon

A large, cozy house with a spectacular view. A perfect house to share as a family. María Paula was very attentive to everything, and Aida was helpful and cooked delicious food. The only thing is that nowhere was it stated that there was a charge of 140,000 pesos per pet, and there was no benefit for this charge. In two rooms, the closets were locked, and we had power problems with the outlets (solar power).

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spacious and perfect for two couples. The pool and beautiful views were the highlight of the property. Aida was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made everything easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
